I didn’t like the twin beds they felt springy and cheap. Also didn’t like having two separate duvets. Hotel would be perfect if they sorted this out. Like most previous reviews the aircon is an issue. We did get it to work eventually. I think staff need to be trained on how the aircon works and then they shouldn’t be any issues for other guests.

The room was spacious and extremely comfortable, really large bed and great smart bathroom with powerful waterfall shower and full sized luxurious toiletries. Staff were friendly with good restaurant recommendations and the room was really quiet, even with ours facing the main road and not situated in the main reception building itself.

We stayed in a ground floor room and could hear the noise from the room above whenever someone was taking a shower. It seemed like the sound was due to water running through the pipelines

The hotel's location, just a minute away from Pilgramgasse metro station and several bus stops, is incredibly convenient. The facility itself is impeccably clean and brand new. The breakfast served was absolutely delicious. Moreover, the reception staff were exceptionally kind and eager to assist with anything needed during my stay

The hotel is in the most convenient location: imidiatly across the U-bahn station: in one direction of the U4 you easily get to Schönbrunn and Technical Museun. In the other you can use a combination of U4 and U1 to visit the city center: Hofburg,Tresuarry, Library, Haus der Music It was really nice to come back to the pleasent atmosphere of the hotel after a long day of sightseeing.Just resting in the room or grabbing a drink at the bar.

Everything was on point 😀.

This Hotel is amazing. New built oasis with garden inside between old viennesie premises. Not far from the hotel is a subway station. About 30 min.walk to the City Centre. I highly recommend. Very nice modern rooms, very clean. My room had acess to a balcony. Very good breakfasts with options to be prepared by the Cook on the spot (also vegan).

The hotel restaurant was a little expensive and had limited food options.

The hotel is a little way from the centre (20 minute walk) but it was very cold, and snowing heavily, when we were there and this forced us to use taxis (without, we would have doubled the walk time). The hotel has a nice bar and all staff that we dealt with spoke English and were polite and helpful.

The heating system didn't work during the first night of our stay, but the receptionist was very nice and arranged it to be fixed in the next day. However, it was quite unpleasant to spend the night in a cold room.

Excellent facilities for a city break. The underground parking is a plus. Good breakfast.

We loved everything about this hotel. If I had to give some remarks I would say that for older people it might be a little far to walk to the historical center but you can take the metro right next to the hotel. The metro station next to the hotel is the only one in Vienna without an elevator which can be somewhat uncomfortable if you have are traveling with a small baby but there are also other types of public transport available?

Very beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. They always greet you with a smile. Rooms are clean and big enough. We really like the design of the rooms as well. The breakfast was very good as well. A lot of choices and you are able to order a dish at your request.

I like everything in this hotel. The room is very clean and quite spacious with a big study desk. Bathroom is very new and clean. Breakfast was awesome, so good value for money! Staff are really friendly! I wish to go back next time!

Its hidden away and when you enter into the hotel there is an oasis of green plants with many areas to relax within. Very pleasant staff and we were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to be, or take public transport. We were very pleased.
