The location was a bit far away the city center. However, you can take the subway in 5-10 minutes walk distance. The room was an ordinary Ibis room. I mean clean and enough.

Room was very basic. Shower cubicle was inside the bedroom, not in a separate space. Door to the toilet didn’t close properly. Utilitarian fittings. More like a student dorm.

Room was reasonably large. Close to the Metro stop. Decent breakfast.

There were ants in the room we were given, we reported this and they changed our room. This is a budget hotel, you can't expect much from it, but the colors of the walls could be different... :) Was VERY difficult to find were to pay for parking.

Very good location, metro few steps from hotel, and you have car parking option under hotel - 22 eur per day.

We've arrived for the marathon, so the location was our first priority. This hotel was very close to the start. Of course is a budget hotel so we have prepared for. It was clean, and quite comfy for 1 night.

plastic chair is ok, but it should come with a backrest since there was no AC and I had to leave the window open, a thin white curtain could have provided some privacy especially the window is very close to the adjacent building

if you are just looking for cheap stay for your quick trip, ibis is the best. a standart bed, a shower and a toilet would be so much enough to end the day.i and my wife used the hotel after arriving vienna for my next day trip in the early morning to Hallstatt.also the breakfast was looking ok if You'd like to purchase.so close to the praterstern train station.

The hotel is located close to two metro stations (one of which has a connection to the airport). The room space was adequate, the room I was in was quiet.

We found the free standing hand wash basin in the room rather than nearer to the toilet and shower, somewhat unusual. This did not cause a problem but made the wash basin more difficult to use.

Staff were really helpful, room was clean, quiet and comfortable, breakfast was adequate, It's a budget franchise but everything was as standard and expected. We would stay again!

Hotel facilities are very basic. Access to a bit more would be helpful for those who are not able to go out to the places nearby or arrive late or on Sunday.

Basic, but perfectly adequate. Just what you expect from an Ibis Budget hotel and perfectly adequate for our needs. Simple, practical, no frills but had everything we needed. Staff were helpful. We arrived before the designated check-in time, so no rooms were available as cleaning was still in progress, but the staff out were happy to let us leave our bags and come back later. However, as we were doing so one of the cleaning team appeared with a list of rooms that had just been finished cleaning. So we managed to complete check-in and leave our luggage in our room.

The key card system broke and mostly covered my whole stay, so inconvenient for both me and the receptionist every time I got out of my room, the toilet light is movement/sound sensor so if you’re doing business peacefully for quite a while it will turn off (lol)

The staff are very accommodating, I asked for last minute change of booking dates and they were able to accommodate me, also i requested for change of room because there was a construction nearby and a bit noisy and they actioned immediately. Location wise, alot of nearby train stations and restaurants The room is adequately spacious

Tables at breakfast could have been cleaned between guests, all surfaces around the buffet were cleaned regularly. Hair dryer could have been more powerful but not really an issue. Take your own shampoo and conditioner as only body wash available.

Great hotel for the money. Yes budget but your not in the room for long. Reception staff exceptional, breakfast really good, rooms yes budget but very clean. All we needed for our stay. Hair dryer was available at a 20 euro deposit. I would recommend this hotel

Only small dilemma was the hairdryer, you have to pay a €20 deposit, but it’s returned promptly once you hand it back. A minor issue but I can understand why the policy happens though.

Good location for access to VIC and conference/exhibition centres. Excellent breakfast and reasonably priced with kind and helpful staff. Clean rooms and easy to access shops and metro.
