Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Staff were really helpful, room was clean, quiet and comfortable, breakfast was adequate, It's a budget franchise but everything was as standard and expected. We would stay again!

Basic, but perfectly adequate. Just what you expect from an Ibis Budget hotel and perfectly adequate for our needs. Simple, practical, no frills but had everything we needed. Staff were helpful. We arrived before the designated check-in time, so no rooms were available as cleaning was still in progress, but the staff out were happy to let us leave our bags and come back later. However, as we were doing so one of the cleaning team appeared with a list of rooms that had just been finished cleaning. So we managed to complete check-in and leave our luggage in our room.

SingaporeThe key card system broke and mostly covered my whole stay, so inconvenient for both me and the receptionist every time I got out of my room, the toilet light is movement/sound sensor so if you’re doing business peacefully for quite a while it will turn off (lol)
The staff are very accommodating, I asked for last minute change of booking dates and they were able to accommodate me, also i requested for change of room because there was a construction nearby and a bit noisy and they actioned immediately. Location wise, alot of nearby train stations and restaurants The room is adequately spacious

Great hotel for the money. Yes budget but your not in the room for long. Reception staff exceptional, breakfast really good, rooms yes budget but very clean. All we needed for our stay. Hair dryer was available at a 20 euro deposit. I would recommend this hotel
