No AC in the room. The additional breakfast is a bit expensive (17€ per person). Also the price of the water to bring in the room is crazy (7,40€ for 0,75l).

Not all the rooms were equipped with AC, and the fact that the restaurant is closing at 9:00 ( which little bit early)

The only downside was the church bell ringing literally over a hundred times at 6am every morning.

The location was great and it was nice to have a pool. The hotel facilities and staff were all excellent.

I found the lady at the reception was pretty rude. I told her that on b.com the pool opening time was 20:30. Her reply was,”do you want to swim or to eat?”. I was pretty shocked to hear it.

A minor setback: the shower was good but for some reason the water temperature changed constantly.

Nice and quiet hotel with very friendly staff, good restaurant onsite, clean and comfortable rooms. Our room had a balcony with a beautiful view to the Alps. Free parking available in front of the property.

The air conditioning wasn’t really proper air conditioning, it’s a good job it wasn’t hotter outside as the room would’ve been stifling!

The staff were very welcoming, thankfully their English is good, as German is one language I’m not very familiar with! We really enjoyed the quality of the food for our evening meal and breakfast, we also enjoyed a few after dinner drinks in the bar area. The view from our room/balcony was a perfect vista of the mountain range and surrounding areas. Would stay here again!

The hotel is just a bit out of town, located on a hillside with a fabulous view. The staff was super helpful and all of the other guests we talked to agreed that we all wished we had made reservations for a longer stay. Would love to revisit this hotel.

Clean and tidy room. The lady boss was beautiful and wore a traditional Austrian dress the day we checked in. Good breakfast. We miss the alpacas, especially the one named Huberta. She was so cute, shy and very observant. The hotel has a very nice view from the alpacas little hut. There’s a church nearby, and you can hear the peaceful bells occasionally.

There wasn't a huge choice of breakfast options, but we all found something that we liked, so not a problem. The carpark is small, and we were unable to get parked in there as there were spaces when we arrived. We did move the car into the carpark when a space became available.

We had an excellent checkin experience, and all staff we communicated with spoke very good English and everyone was polite and courteous. The rooms and communal areas were all spotlessly clean. Spacious room. The dinner menu was extensive and we all enjoyed all the dishes we ordered. In the breakfast room, the staff bring hot drinks to the table, which is a really nice touch. Eggs can also be ordered.

Great location and fantastic view from room. Spent a bit more and had best room with balcony and pool view but worth it. Ate in restaurant and food was very nice and catered for allergies well. Good free parking on site.

So clean, absolute perfection, the best and cleanest facilities I have ever frequented, big rooms, very good bathroom with seperate toilet, terrific terrace to relax and have a drink, fabulous views, great breakfast and restaurant. Free parking and say hello to the Alpacas. Nice swimming pool it was a bit cool on 20th of May at 6 o’clock, very refreshing.

Beautiful and comfortable room, very polite and friendly staff. My arrival at the hotel was at 21:20, and although restaurant kitchen was closed, they offered to make me a nice dinner when I asked them. Thank you for a wonderfull stay and the delicious schnitzel

We absolutely loved the food!! It was delicious and the wine was really smooth. Do go by the staff's recommendations and they shall give you a good choice of food.

We liked the hospitality, the staff was really kind and nice to us. The view was really amazing and the ambience gave us positive vibes.
