We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe self parking is back behind the hotel on a different street. Although the parking is connected to the hotel, you will need to carry your own luggage as they do not have Bellman or anyone to help. They desperately need valet parking. They also do not have room service. The weekend front desk staff spoke very little English.
The location is fantastic to the downtown area. Our room was like an apartment and it was huge. The view of the Alps was great, especially on the top floor with the pool and jacuzzi. The buffet breakfast was also great. Now for some bad points. The weekend staff we're not very friendly nor helpful. When we arrived, I thought from the hotels advertisement that parking was next door to the hotel. It is not! The explanation for self parking from the front desk staff was complicated and not accurate. They acted as if was simply driving down the street and getting to the parking garage. Nope! The staff sent me in a different direction and we ended up in the downtown area with the police giving me a ticket for driving in a restricted area. Beware the police are not friendly at all. The made me pay them 25 euro in CASH to forgive the ticket, which I thought was shady and a total scam for tourists.

Fabulous hotel, excellent location, beautiful swimming pool and relaxation area on the top floor, the hot tub overlooks innsbruck and the surrounding mountains. Just stunning. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Everything about the hotel was 5 star. We booked early and got a good deal. Great value for money. Highly recommend.

United KingdomThe view from the room. We were given a room on the first floor this year, with gravel at eye level when looking outside the window. Disappointing when compared to last year’s room on top floor with view over the mountains :-(
Hotel location is excellent, rooms are clean and beds comfortable. The breakfast selection is great and caters for all needs, vegan and gluten free included. The pool is the icing on the cake after a day out. It is our second stay in as many years and would choose this hotel for a stay in Innsbruck every time :-)
