Everything about the hotel was exquisite. The attention to detail in the bedroom was sublime. I loved all the ornate features and the balcony. It exceeded all my expectations. Unfortunately I spent only 1 night. The restaurant was okay, excellent service.

There was only an a la crate breakfast on offer. Which was expensive and lacked options if you had food intolerances, like Gluten. The rooftop bar was open to the public and tables would be booked out, which restricted the use by those staying in the hotel.

Great rooftop bar, when you manage to get a seat, that could have been used for breakfast.

My room was small but I thought the space was really well utilised and was a perfect escape from the city when I needed a rest. Plush room with a super comfy bed. The room was insulated from hallway and neighbour noise. Well equipped mini bar and amenities, and the front desk were very accommodating. Motto Brot, Chez Bernard and the rooftop bar were all genuinely good spots as well. It’s in a good area of Vienna for people who want to stay somewhere with a more local vibe.

Nothing - loved this hotel!

Loved this hotel. Fabulous decor in the rooms - sort of William Morris meets the 1930's. Loved all the fittings and general ambience. Fantastic roof garden for drinks and fabulous dining/breakfast room, with great views and ambience. Staff very helpful and friendly. In a great location, next to the shops and easy to get everywhere.

That we didn't stay longer!

This is a truly amazing hotel! My husband and I are on our honeymoon and had just got off a 13 HR overnight train from Rome and were desperate for an early check in and they really did their very best to let us in as soon as they had space. They even brought us celebratory pastries from their sister bakery and the almond croissant was the best my husband had ever had! The room and bed was comfortable and spacious, the hotel was in a well known 'cool' neighbourhood with lots of bars and restaurants and a short walk from all the main attractions - Vienna is such a beautiful city! This hotel was one of the cheapest on our trip and one of the most impressive! We did not eat at the restaurant but the bar and roof top bar were both really lovely and the staff were attentive and good fun.

Hugh room with good location for train and shopping area just behind. walking distance to Hofburg and Museums Quartier Wei. During one of the Saturday night someone was having party at the room right blow our floor, after i talk to front desk staff, they took care of it very professionally and quickly! Had a great time at Vienna, definitely recommend! Will definitely stay again!

Fabulous location immediately beside an underground station and walking distance to all the major Museums & Art Galleries. Superb staff, decor & confort. The restaurant & rooftop terrace are excellent but get quickly booked by non-residents, (inc breakfast on a Sunday!!), so book early. One of the best hotels we have stayed in !!

We loved the location so close to the metro and shopping. It was a quick 10 mins by metro to St. Stephen’s Cathedral and downtown. The restaurant is also amazing and the cocktails to die for.

Little noisy

Location is good close to shops and station is just 30 seconds away however it is very noisy especially at night so bare that in mind if you’re a light sleeper. Rooms are beautiful and staff are great
