We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Well! Due to a problem with my room and a little flood issue, they transferred me to their sister hotel the Ever Grun just around the corner, well it was brilliant, it top notch, the food was amazing and every type of luxury you needed and the room was amazing too.

Everything was great, center location, staff, clean rooms, pools, sauna, gym. We used also summer card many times, there are beautiful places to visit in surroundings.

SloveniaThere is no smart TV (no netflix, hbo, etc.). I think this is not something we should be even discussing when it comes to a 4 stars hotel. Very bad wifi connection. Some of the staff were great, very kind, especially waiters, but the reception staff seemed unexperienced, they didn’t give us enough information. Like for example, summer card was included in the reservation, but they didn’t give it to us straight away, we had to ask about it and only then it was provided. The same with the half board, they didn’t explain how it is organized (you need to order the main dish, it is not in the buffet). So maybe they still need to work on these things as they are a 4 star hotel.
Very good spa, location, surroundings, view from the balcony, food, we recommend half board, because dinner is exceptional (it is served - you choose the main course from the menu - 5+ different choices every night).

United StatesReally.... Everything was pretty good... the fish one evening was less than fresh enough for a four or five star restaurant. Coffee was not available in the dessert bar after the evening meal, and the underground parking might be tight for anything for compact and subcompact cars.
Das Alpenhaus spa stood out and above four other excellent wellness centers I had used in the last twelve days. Louisa and other bright, skilled and professional staff focused on excelled in providing specific care and treatment requested by aching skiers. The treatments they provided was authentically therapeutic. I continue to feel the benefits of the Alpenhaus spa many days after staying with the facility. Thank you Alpenhaus and Booking.com
