Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdom500 hundred meters OUTSIDE the Ring may not seem much, but adds up if you are walking. We had early departure (7 am) and “early bird” breakfast wast for some reason not available though mentioned in the room papers,we were offered just the (modest, if not even lame) “box breakfast”

Great atmosphere, fine breakfast and excellent bar. The hotel is old fashioned but we liked that. It is very well situated for the metro station and within walking distance of the centre. Lots of good restaurants in the area too.

The place is centrally located barely 10 mins taxi ride from the Main railway station and within walking distance of St. Charles church, metro station, Naschmarket and Museum areas. We had booked a family suite and it was veery comfortable for family of four.

FranceOne should be aware that this is a large facility which also receives tourists traveling in groups. It can be a nuisance, for instance when you happen to want to have breakfast when a group has invaded the breakfast room. Some travelers might prefer smaller establishments which don’t receive groups.
We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful facility, extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. Excellent location to get to know Viena: not in the midst of mass tourism areas, but a short walking distance from beautiful and vibrant Karlsplatz and its public transportation node. The service at the hotel was very efficient, professional and discreet. Great breakfast by all standards! Our room (junior suite) was big, well furnished and well equiped, perfectly quiet. A GREAT place altogether! I would go again without thinking twice.

_ The hotel was a lovely decorated historical building and it was quiet convenient. _The breakfast was quite sufficient and diversified. _The breakfast room was lovely + I loved the classical music during the breakfast time ( it was a full Vienna experience) _ The room was nice in it's classical style, also it was quite clean and the bed was very comfortable. _ We loved the welcoming with a small chocolate in the room. Thank's for that. - Also, thank you for the painting kit which is given as a gift to my niece during the breakfast. _ The staff was welcoming and kind (overall). _ It was a good value for money (overall).

The breakfast room is a lovely space, with very pleasant classical music being played at a volume that is not intrusive, making it a very elegant place to spend the time. There are various choices at Breakfast. The location is very convenient. The historic building, interiors and furniture are really a feast for eyes. The bed is so comfortable.
