We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe breakfast service was a little disorganised. At times it was hard to find a table and there didn't seem to be enough servers, but the food was good.
Perfect location in Central Innsbruck. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was a bit small but it was perfect for one person. The facilities in the hotel were great, well maintained and clean pool and spa areas. The best part was the high quality bed linens and pillow options; the hotel went above and beyond to ensure you got a good night's sleep with all their options. I will be back!

We just stayed at Innsbruck Inn, and wow, they seriously overdelivered! From the second we walked in, the staff was so warm and welcoming ( Gabriela!) , and the room was very comfortable. We loved the little details, like the tea service in the room – such a nice touch! The spa was “Wozza” I spent at least an hour in the beautiful pool that was a perfect temp. The location is unbeatable. You’re right in the mix of all the shops, restaurants, and at the river. The breakfast was full service, everything you could want. I can’t recommend Innsbruck Inn enough – definitely coming back next time I’m in town! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

United StatesPerfect location for seeing Innsbruck's main tourist features, ALL within short walking distance from Hotel Innsbruck. It is truly wonderful to walk out of the hotel and be right in the middle of everything. Palace, Court Cathedral, Golden Roof are short walks from hotel.
Very good breakfast, when checking in Zahra (GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE) offered us special pricing and tips on how to see Innsbruck. For a short trip to Innsbruck, I strongly recommend staying here or somewhere in the "Old Town" area. The rest of Innsbruck is somewhat disappointing.

AustraliaThe only criticism I could make which really caused us no issues was there was no bar fridge in the room. There was however drinks dispenser on the ground floor near the reception and many many restaurants close by.
The staff were fabulous and the location was excellent, right on the river but the old town immediately behind with any number of eating places. The room was really good, comfortable and luxurious. For a 4 star hotel it really presented as 5 star which is why it was such good value for money.,they don’t allow smoking in the rooms which was a big plus for us.,There was a pool and sauna. Very very comfortable all over. We will definitely go back.

We were impressed with the entire hotel. The room was clean and had everything that we needed. The location is great and walking distance to everywhere we needed to go. We love the complimentary breakfast. The hostess were friendly and is not a typical complimentary breakfast that we normally had elsewhere. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed a stay very much.
