Food was not great. A shame that you have to be naked in the spa. Feels a little unsafe that you can walk in from the street to the playing areas with no key.

Large, clean, really nice room. Great spa, pool area and fitness. Great playrooms for the kids.

We had a budget room. It was OK, but the hotel was quite old and needs to be repaired I think in that area. Mabye I should have put a little more money to in to the room, pictures looked better. It would be nice if the couples could have own time to the swimming area. The nude area is not so tempting. Breakfast was good, I didnt understand why the table had to be booked. There was another family in our table in the second day. Staff was kind and helpfull. Thank you!

The bed was springy and too hard..Every time you moved, it made a noise.

Wifi wouldn't connect and they were not able to fix it during my stay. There was Wifi in the lobby area but it was slow.

Breakfast and dinner buffets were great. Friendly staff and a great spa (indoor and outdoor pools and sauna).

The only drawbacks to this facility are that it's a bit far from Zell am See for young children to walk. For older children and adults, it's totally fine - about 1 kilometer. So we drove and parked at the Hallenbad to get to Zell am See. We would've given this hotel 5 stars if there was more for kids to do there. Unfortunately, it rained the entire time we were there. We would've love to have had a room where the kids could play board games, or maybe an indoor playground, or a covered playground outside. There is a playground outside, but it's not covered.

Overall, we really enjoyed this hotel! We are a family of 5 and we stayed in the new part of the hotel. We had a room with 3 twin beds for the kids, a pull out sofa bed and a double bed. We had plenty of space and the room and bathrooms were very modern and updated and clean. We faced the back of the hotel which is the hillside where donkeys, sheep, goats and chickens graze! It was so charming and relaxing to watch the animals on the hill. It's a very quiet location. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the family spa. The food was also delicious! Our kids loved the buffet and so did we. One aspect that really made our stay special is that the owners have their dog in the hotel! My kids LOVED petting and playing with the dog. It just made it feel like a family-run hotel.

Breakfast could be better, empty food should be renewed faster, the food (eggs, pancakes..) is very cold and not fresh, the closest mountain is full of animals that can be noisy in the early morning, there is flies and mosquitoes entering from the opened window

My stay was for three nights for me my wife and my daughter we are Arab and my wife is wearing Hijab, and We used to sit at any table during breakfast, and on the last day, at breakfast time, a new waitress rudely told us that you must sit at the outside tables because the inside tables are reserved for each Room !!! I told her that This is my third day here and I was sitting at any table, and why didn't you reserve a table for us on the first day like everyone else? So I told her, “I will not sit outside. Bring your manager.” The manager came, and unfortunately the manager first told us, “Why don’t you like to sit outside? The weather is beautiful,” as if he wants to fool us. So I told him, “No, it is a little hot.” ​​After that, we sat in the place we wanted. Unfortunately, this situation of discrimination is something we do not want to happen to any human being again.

Booking.com made a mistake with our booking and when called their support during check in they said they would call back in an hour and didn't. Ruined our 40th birthdays celebrations. The reception wouldn't change the booking and belated booking.com. told us the upgrade to all-inclusive was going to be €90 a day but if booking.com wouldn't have made the mistake it would have been €10 and the hotel wouldn't honour it. Well overpriced BnB.

Great hotel for family vacation. We have to give the highest feedback for overall impression. Quality of food is at a very satisfying level with a good variety of meals. Hotel is clean and service is excellent. Staff was helpful and friendly, and I would especially like to give special thank to the Slavica, Ankica, Dusanka, Tamara and Monika, which made us feel whole vacation like home. Swiming pool was warm, playroom area great and kids enjoyed a lot. Ski Bus station is at 30m from hotel.

A glass wall around entrance door to the room are very nice designer's idea but it is not very useful. There is a noise in the room and light from the corridor but they promised to overshadow it soon at least. The staff in the restaurant could do a better job of refilling the food. It happened that almost an hour before the end of the breakfast/dinner, the food was no longer refilled. And family sauna could be much bigger, it is always overcrowded.

Very nice, clean, comfortable. The food was very tasty. The staff was very helpful. Ski in, ski out, just few steps or few steps to a bus station both direction - to cityXPress or Trassexpres.Two swimming pools, large sauna world. Children were excited about the huge playground area. Large room, we stayed in the new building in Junior Suite. Just perfect.

Matresses were uncomfortable. Frigo in the room didn't work. Breakfast didn't' meet expectation at all for the price that we paid. Everything seemed to be very cheap..from cheese..ham..etc. One lady from stuff at breakfast was very rude, there should be better communication between reception and stuff at breakfast so that stuff at breakfast always have the last list of guests.

Room was not that bed. Stuff at reception was very polite.
