Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Location was great, quick walk from the train station and close to the center square. Front desk staff very helpful, gave us tips on what to see and how to do it.

United KingdomNeeds attention to bathroom, grout yellowing in the shower, bathroom quite small compared with the size of the room but adequate. Breakfast was quite good but not everything available for later arrivals (on both days of our stay the Viennese pastries had run out by 9:30 and were not replaced ☹️).
Great location, good breakfast, large comfortable room with plenty of storage and working safe.

Very well located in the centre of Innsbruck, close to the station and main amenities. Grand cafe is attached offering good dining options. Staff multi-lingual, friendly and helpful. Room v clean and well equipped.

United StatesParking was quite difficult. The garage was around the corner though it connected to hotel by secure doors . The doors required you to be buzzed in . Twice no one buzzed us in and we had to leave up the ramp when a car exited , out in to the pouring rain. Also the machine to exit only took cash , €35.

TurkeyIt was all fabulous - we had a wonderful stay.
Central is aptly named. It is a great location. It was easy to stroll around the old town, and an easy walk to the bridge and the food market. Breakfast was a banquet with a wide variety of delicious and high quality produce. Dining in the elegant cafe with its high and ornately decorated ceiling was evocative of another era.

United KingdomWe arrived in august heatwave, there was no air conditioning or cooling fan, only a fan heater. The mini bar in the room just heated it up more, so we had to unplug it.
Great location 24/7 friendly and welcoming staff, clean, good breakfasts, windows that open. Sockets with USB for charging phones, good shower.
