The beds were a little firm for our liking and we were not aware that we had to share a shower and toilets with 3 other hotel rooms.

The location was great and the views were stunning.

Two things First we booked two double bed rooms (was very clear in reservation that it will have double bed) however upon check in they offered us one double bed and one room with two single beds far apart from each other Second, at time of checkout when we tried to simply ask at the reception about this issue, that an incorrect room was allocated and that is there any price difference since our room type given lower category the man behind the desk threatened to call the police. He actually made a call to the police and said we need to wait there till police comes. We were very surprised and even said that’s it’s ok we just asked a simple question we are anyway ready to pay he still kept shouting and said you talk to police. Then another guy came at the reception and he took the payment and let us go. This was super strange and rude and the only such bad experience on our whole trip. The other person at reception was nice and humble and helped us but our issue of a wrong room being allocated was still unresolved and uncompensated for (we were two couples and it was not at all convenient to have separate beds on a vacation)

The location and views from the room are excellent. The property is very clean and even the shared bathrooms as very clean.

The only thing that bothered me a bit was the interesting smell in the room (No. 7), which reminded me of a retirement home I visited some time ago. Where this smell was coming from is unknown to me.

The campsite also offers accommodation in rooms located in a building where the owners apparently live. In my case, the price was very reasonable for the time and place. There is also a restaurant in the building. Everyone is very friendly, willing to explain everything well and also to give advice. The view of the surrounding mountains is very nice. It's not a long drive to all the tourist spots. You also get a card when you arrive, which supposedly allows you to use public transport for free.

Maybe look elsewhere if you’re looking for food on a budget, there’s no kitchen available so you’ll have to go out to eat.

Really nice town and place to stay in the town, right by the mountains I would definitely try booking a balcony room. Nice beds, clean and showers were nice.

we did not get the room we booked. instead of a queen size bed we got two single beds which was disappointing. They told us there are no more rooms free and we needed to stay in the two single beds room. They wanted us to pay the same price for that room.

We stayed there for one night on our way to Italy. The place was very clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. We had a fantastic view from the balcony of the mountains. We would stay there anytime again.

If you don't order breakfast while booking, you can't order it the evening before. A supermarket with dandwicjes and coffee is close though.

Nice room in camp area in Lermoos. Every room have big balcony with stunning views of Zugspitze. Really cosy pub in area. Near this camp area is big park with children playground, so for families is it really great choice. All staff was kind. Check-in was without problems, our stay, breakfast and check-out also no problems, so I can recommend it.

- no possibility of self check-in - the gate for car is closed after 22:00 and you cannot open it and park safely on the territory that you PAID FOR even with a key-chip - breakfast was poor - few bread, 1 egg per person, a bit of jam, 4 slices of meat and 4 slices of cheese. Not a buffet, no vegetables, or musli, or yoghurt. When we asked for a second egg - even that was not given. Tea in tea bags, coffee - from automatic machine. There are better cafeterias in Ehrwald that serve decent breakfast. - also breakfast time is only from 8:00 - too late for mountain travelers The most dissapointing part was with the self check-in and the car parking. Nowadays services should adapt to the self check-in requirements for the comfort of the guests.

Good things: - room was spacious - good furniture: wardrobe with enough hangers, a lot of hooks for cloths in the room, wash basing in the room, table with two chairs, hairdryer, balcony with a nice view - beds and pillows very comfortable - the room was sparkling clean, fresh towels

We did not feel we are welcome. The staff seems they are bored and are rude. Breakfast is simple just bread. For the wifi you need to ask for it to give you the password
