Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

FranceHotel has no parking althouth the booking page mention they have one. You have to use public parking nearby for a cost. I sent message through booking but never got any reply. No staff at the hotel so literraly no one to help you with advice or if you have an issue.
The location is perfect, right at the centre of the city. Room is big and clean. Check-in process is fully automatic and simple to use.

AustriaOnline check in can be an issue for those who have no experience. There were problem with check-in because of vandalism, not an object fault, but we have to wait for answers for our questions within booking.com chat and email quite long.
Location is super. Really in the center. Room was clean, all the things inside also were clean. The room itself looks like fresh renovated. Kitchen is nice.

Fabulous location. Approx 15-20 minute walk from the railway station. Able to leave our bags at the hotel reception before check in time. Lovely modern stylish studio in a very old building. Comfortable bed. Great bathroom. All we needed in the kitchen including Nespresso coffee machine and large fridge. Lots of fabulous restaurants and bars very close by but the studio was very quiet, looking over a court yard. Very short walk to the congress station which takes you to the Top of Innsbruck via funicular railway and cable car. All in all a fabulous place to stay and would love to return one day.

Amazing experience! The apartment was very cozy and useful, the location was great, and the hotel itself has great facilities including an awesome breakfast and a wonderful spa with two saunas, a heated pool and a hot tub. We enjoyed our stay so much that we bookeb an extra night.

After the instructions gave us our room number, we were a little confused as to the room mapping or where to go. It would be helpful if either there was a map on the wall or a listing showing which floor has which rooms.

We were very pleased with the uniqueness of the place, and also impressed with the design choices, lighting, kitchen provisions and construction quality throughout. We also made use of the fitness facilities at the main hotel.

A great location to explore the old town and yet it wasn’t noisy. Ver comfortable and handy small kitchen for self catering. Beautiful old building and lift for ease of taking luggage to our room. Parking was about 300m away under the Hotel part of accommodation just outside old town and very convenient.

United KingdomDespite there being a thermostat, the room remained very warm and so a little difficult to sleep. It was very hot during the day so perhaps untypical. Was surprised there was no corkscrew but I was able to borrow one from a neighbouring restaurant. Wasn't aware that the main hotel is close by and found out by chance when wanting to check in early. We used the reception team quite a bit, left luggage there etc and they were very helpful. However, we did we met a couple whose room wasn't ready and they didn't know where they could wait or get updates
The building was full of character and well restored yet the room itself was very modern, tastefully done with a huge bathroom. The location was excellent and you could see the golden roof from the window as well as the top of the clock tower. The room was well sound proofed given the central location. I was there with my 11 and 9 year old so the sofa bed was a little small for both of them but the main bed was wide enough for 3 so we had no issues there.
