Would have been nice to have a few options for activities after 9 o’clock. Pool closes at 21:00 and the jazz night did not took place. Except from having the option to have a drink at the bar, there was not much else to do. Parking fee is a bit exaggerated, considering the room quota per night.

We highly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation fits the description and the construction site is almost finished, therefore, there was no noise. Our cat was also welcomed.

They gave us a complimentary room upgrade thanks for them, they made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. The staff in the front desk and the restaurant were very kind and helpful. The fitness is very good and big it has all what you need in training. The spa the swimming pool was very cool. It is a good place to celebrate your special moments.

The entire experience was exquisite. We were greeted with the warmest hospitality - the room was comfortable and very clean. The spa was spectacular. The breakfast was the best I’ve ever seen. I only wish we had more days to stay at Grand Tirolia.

Our room faced out on a service road which was used for the building work (extension to hotel) HGV’s started before 7am so it was noisy.

Beautiful location, wonderful facilities, friendly staff. Breakfast was superb and evening dinner was excellent.

The bed wasn’t my cup of tea; suggest to check the mattress.

The breakfast was superb; loved the cooked to order omelettes, the selection of smoothies and generally everything about the breakfast experience. Breakfast team was also polite and efficient. Spa facilities are extensive and great; really enjoyed them on a rainy day. Check out was friendly.

Only one minor issue was that at check-in I was told the spa closes at 9pm, which is correct, but they did not mention all sauna and steam rooms are shut down at 8pm already. You can still visit them but they will not be very warm anymore. So I ended up having to skip the spa and just swim in the pool.

This hotel exceeded my expectations, great value for money. It has a unique design concept mixing modern and traditional ideas. The spa is huge and practical. The breakfast buffet is also extensive. Parking garage on the property. Big rooms, nice tablet based options like room service.

No facility to dry clothes in room / on balcony. Size of room was rather small.

There are many beautiful hotels in the Tyrol region but not many hotels are blessed with an amazing staff that makes sure you feel at home and meets all the special requests and different needs of its guests. Special thanks to George the restaurant manager who made sure at every meal that my son had something to eat and to the lovely Leia from the reception, special thanks to Egan who greeted us warmly and made sure we enjoyed every minute. Beyond the wonderful staff, the hotel is beautiful, clean, the deluxe rooms are large and well maintained. Highly recommended!
