There is no fridge in the room. The decoration of the room was very basic with cold and bare walls. I felt like I was staying in a dormitory.

Nice breakfast, cleaned the tables very quickly and kept an constant eye on the food supply. Located not far from restaurants, supermarkets, and public transportation. Room was basic and clean. The staff was very service minded.

There was construction across the street that was VERY loud a few days. I know this is completely out of your control, but that would have been the only thing we didn't like. Thank you again!

We were just a few minutes walk from transportation. Found an authentic Viennese restaurant one block from hotel that was recommended by the front desk hostess. That was a lovely meal! The room was perfect for our needs and the morning breakfast was well stocked regardless of what time we arrived and was kept very neat and tidy. Would stay there again!

The room was small and stuffy, especially at night (could not keep window open because of mosquitos). Sink in bath really low so water got everwhere

Kettle and cups provided in our room, but no tea/coffee or milk! Couldn't see the point of the kettle.

Well located - in the shadow of the Rathaus just off the inner ring road, with the No. 2 tram stopping at the bottom of the road. Easy 15-minute walk to the centre of town, or alternatively around the ring road passing some spectacular buildings. Very nice continental breakfast. Charming wooden elevator with a stripy sofa seat.

The hotel was well located with a lot of major sights in walking distance (15-30min). It has a good price point for the location. The staff was vert friendly and helpful. Breakfast is simple but good.

The one slightly negative thing I would say, is that the walls seemed to be very thin and my neighbours had the habit of talking loudly early in the mornings and late in the evenings. That might have just been bad luck, though. The other minor thing is that the room did not really offer enough sockets for me to load my devices. I was in Vienna on a business trip. However, I was able to make it work.

Location is great. Very central. The breakfast selection was perfect for me. I really liked that I could make myself little pots of tea. Also, the room was very clean and the shower pressure in the shower was amazing.

The breakfast was same every day and cookies were from shop and not good.

Hotel was not far from city center, about 15 min by bus or train. Three bus stop was about 5 min walk. All in all it was good for short stay.

The room was very spacious. Breakfast was ok. It was warm and close to most attractions. Note that if you can't walk 15' to the nearest metro you can always get a taxi for a minimum fare.
