We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Austriait looks like it was quite newly built, but the rooms are of awful build quality. many broken things (eg. door hinges, chairs, open power cables, auxiliary heating, broken window blinds…). It seems the owner doesnt care about anything that happens in the rooms and repairs were performed by people who didnt have any glue what they were doing. Sorry to be so frank, but thats exactly what we’ve got for our hard earned money.

United KingdomStandard of cleanliness was poor. It needs a thorough deep clean as we found hairs in our beds plus lots of dust and cobwebs everywhere. Bedding and towels smelt musky and surfaces sticky. Also it would have been nice to have complimentary toiletries provided such as shampoo and shower gel. In the kitchen there is a fridge freezer and a kettle however no coffee or tea sachets so remember to bring your own. The bathroom window had a short net curtain on it which did not cover the entire window. Outside are steps which lead to another room so potentially anyone could peek into the bathroom. The blinds in the living room are broken and do not offer full privacy. We were charged €5 for parking which seems deceptive as this place is in a remote location and you have to drive to get to it. In the morning we asked for 4 herbal teas, one glass of apple juice and one glass of milk and were charged €25 for this.
Set in a nice quiet location with excellent views. This place could have huge potential if some money was spent to bring it up to a nice clean standard. Owner seemed nice and chatty.

HungaryThe first apartment they showed us was totally different from the one on the booking photo (looked like accommodation for tourist group), so we had to ask for change. We were two and all other lying facilities in the Luxury apt. were made in the living room also. The refrigerator did not work at all, either the night lamp in the bedroom. There was no darkening options there (facing the East) so morning started very early...
We liked the terrasse/balcony - big and nice view on the landscape. The bathroom was also nice and comfortable. The silence and calmness was excellent. The ladies who helped us were helpful.

GermanyUnfortunately the neighborhood (other rooms & apartments) felt like unsafe downtown! Many seasonal workers there, very noisy that we could barely sleep. We can't recommend this accommodation to families and groups of women.

SwedenThe owner hasnt shown any hospitality and was very angry and called us many times stupid as we were late in the night and when he asked for extra payment, we said no. He threatened us, that he will not give the rooms, inspite of saying that we have kids. Then we kept quite, though he was saying stupid couple of times, as any argument will make our family, kids life may horrible in the night. It has mosquitoes inside and it was very hot. We were forced to open the windows and kids has got lot of mosquito bites in the morning

United KingdomThe property is in a remote location and the owner demands a parking fee which seems wholly unreasonable. The rooms were exceedingly hot with little or no ventilation; only one fan provided and no ac. Due to an abundance of mosquitoes, it’s not possible to open windows. Even with the windows closed, the mosquitoes were relentless.
The views were very nice. It was spacious. Water temperature and pressure of shower good.

This time it was disgusting: limescale built up for years in the toilet, a mix of furniture, no air conditione (just some fans), not well equipped, extremelly dirty chairs. We felt like we couldn.t touch anything. DISGUSTING! We had to pay 5 euros for parking our car next to the accommodation. BAD!
