Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Plenty place for parking. Road in front of hotel does not have almost any traffic in the evening and night, so it is very quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was good, and staff was very friendly and helpful. Room including bathroom was very clean, so it was pleasure to be there.

Our room was clean, comfortable and modern with a classic alpine feel. The owners truly do everything to make sure their guests are well taken care of. Upon our arrival, we were treated to a pine cone schnapps they made themselves. We enjoyed it so much we purchased a bottle to take home. Breakfast and dinner was exceptional. We really enjoyed ourselves. We will be back!!!

UkraineKeep in mind that the kitchen closes at 19:30. In case of a later arrival, make sure you take food and beverages with you. The arrangement of the rooms is somehow strange. The bathroom is divided into three areas, separately from each other. Had never seen such before and was not convenient to use: the shower separated from the WC and the sink :))). The accommodation doesn't have any lift, was a bit heavy to carry luggage
The location is really very quiet. The staff were friendly. The restaurant is good and the food was delicious. Breakfast was ok. One room was spacious, but another room was much smaller

United Kingdomjust a fantastic little friendly, family run hotel with great facilities and incredibly helpful staff. Impeccably clean and the meals were superb. Superb wellness facility with sauna, steam room and infrared heat room, again impeccably clean and tip top condition. No English translations in the information booklet but that in no way caused a problem as the staff were so helpful. Would go there again no problem and i would highly recommend the hotel to anyone

Very warm and friendly hosts. They do their utmost to help you. Wonderfull wellness, and a superb option to rent it privately in the evening, with candlelights and a bottle of Sekt. The possibility for a lunch is also great, the tosti is really good.

IsraelThe hotel is located on a mountain at 1560m height, in the middle of nowhere, 10 km of curly driving down the hill to Oetz city and 11km to Haiming. In booking it's written as 4.2 km from city center, but that's an air line distance. When you come back afternoon from your daily travel, and want to eat something later on, you'll think twice if you want to go up to the hotel, and later on do this exhausting driving down and up again. Obviously everywhere you go to, add 15min of driving to each direction. The entrance to our family room was located in the middle of the bathroom! Yes, when you enter the room you are in the bathroom, and the 2 internal rooms are aside. So if someone wants to take a shower, make sure to stay in the internal rooms with close doors and don't come out.. You can't see it from the photos in the website, they are totally missleading. As the room is in the forest, butterflies, moths, spiders etc. are all over. The breakfast was very basic, for example no omletes as in other places, only hardboiled eggs (and good luck with peeling them..), no soft cheease, but that was not the main problem. There are no facilities for kids (no ping pong table or anythinhg else you can find in other hotels). Note that the hotel doesn't provide Oetz Summer Card which gives free entrance to many good attractions (as some other hotels peovide). Bottom line you pay a high price as you would in Oetz city center, but you get much much less.
