We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Czech RepublicThe atmosphere in the restaurant is a little bit sterile, with quiet music playing in the background, but as a result, every clink of a glass can be heard, and everyone prefers to whisper not to disturb the others. It would be nice to bring a little energy there, a drop of life into the dying :-)
Nice cozy hotel on a hill near Hinterstoder. Rooms with a mountains view, very nice staff. Standard breakfast. Choice of 3 main courses for dinner, soup and desert is also included, we liked everything.

Czech RepublicUsing the online check-in was merely a routine procedure upon our arrival. The hosts welcomed us warmly, showed us the dining area, our room, and were always accommodating throughout our stay. The atmosphere felt very familial. Our half-board included an excellent breakfast and dinner with options to choose from (appetizer - salad, soup, main course, and dessert) the day before or on the day itself. The culinary skills here were of a high level, so we eagerly anticipated each evening. We also visited the local wellness center, whose services were included in the stay, featuring four saunas and a relaxation zone. The interiors were modernly furnished. There was also a space for ski storage in a heated room, eliminating the need to keep them in the car. As a farewell, the hosts gifted us local jam as a kind gesture. Overall, the stay was very pleasant and ideal for a winter vacation. It was hard to leave, and we will miss the accommodation and its familial atmosphere.

Breakfast was great, we had also dinners included in the rate - these were really lovely, on a terrace outside, served by the ladies in the traditional dresses, 4 course menu, we could choose the main dish from 3 options. One evening was a barbecue, followed by tasting of spirits produced in the house as well. Upon arrival we were welcome by brochures and letter in our language (Czech) and offered a larger room. All the family who runs the hotel are very welcoming and nice, without being in any way intrusive. Nice views of the mountains from the terrace, a bit further from the main road so only suitable for people with their own car. I can only recommend this family hotel.

The breakfast was very big and hearty. There was a lot to choose from in the prepared buffet. The food is really a very strong point of this accommodation. In the accommodation, the whole family will be happy to advise you, they are always in a perfect atmosphere and will help you with everything you need. The hotel does not disturb you unnecessarily and we enjoyed a well-deserved rest and the sport associated with it on the slopes.

Everything, perfect. it was ideal, quiet, peaceful, lovely fellow guests, wonderful food and facilities, amazing views from every aspect. Our hosts were attentive but not intrusive and could not do enough to make us feel welcome. They even let us put our motorcycle in a sheltered ‘garage’. would recommend to everyone. we will certainly be returning. It was the highlight of our holiday.
