We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

PolandThe biggest drawback of the apartment was the old, ugly and dark bathroom, without a window, with an unpleasant smell, which is completely different from the nice rest of the apartment. The old tiles were covered with ugly concrete, which was not finished in any way, there was no lamp above the mirror, so it was difficult to even shave, not to mention make up. The shower tray was old, with paint falling off in places, which gave a terrible impression. Also, the toilet bowl was old. If it weren't for this bathroom, the apartment would have been perfect. Other minor shortcomings that should be easily corrected by the owners were: not enough cutlery (only 2 knives and maybe 3-4 spoons), insufficient number of plates - even though there is a dishwasher in the apartment, we still had to wash dishes and cutlery by hand when they were needed, because there were no replacements to use while the dishwasher was running. Also the soap in the bathroom was missing, although there was shower gel in the shower. The owner seemed nice, but a big problem was her complete lack of knowledge of English - this made our communication very difficult, as she was explaining everything in German, assuming that somehow we should get the message.
What we liked most was the quiet, peaceful location, the balcony with a wonderful view of the mountains, the spacious and comfortably furnished rooms (living room and bedroom), the comfortable bed and the large amount of storage space (shelves, hangers, cabinets), which are often missing in the appartments, and here there was really a lot of it; also the kitchen was quite well-equipped (although there were a few shortcomings, which I write about below).

DenmarkMaybe a little refresh of the bathroom- but considering we could also use the Spa bathroom this was a big plus.
Very good breakfast, great location close to attractions and facilities ( 15- 20 min by car) . The lady is very sweet, and try to help us in everything. We recommend the Ostirol card. Because you will enjoy many attractions from this card that the majority are from 30 to 50 min by car , Vitalpinum garden is great, public pool, many mountains, the zoo....so many other attractions that we had no time to try them all in 6 days.

United KingdomThere was no dustpan and broom, so over a four night stay with no cleaning service the floor gets grotty. There is no table on the balcony for having meals and only one chair, although you can move inside chairs in and out. Smoke from neighbors wafts in. There was no fan and the duvets are too warm. This is a general problem everywhere I go in the Alps, with the places not adjusting to warmer temperatures.
The view was great from the balcony. Parking was convenient and the location was up high with a cooler evening than in the valley. The host was very helpful. Coffee pods are provided with the coffee machine. Lean over the balcony and you can watch cute bunnies hop around on the underneath balcony.

GermanyThe guests (Family with kids) in the neighbourgh room were very loud. Understandable for kids but it sounded like they would destroy the interior of the room plus a lot of screaming and yelling. But that is something that the owner of the Pension is not responsible for.
