We loved our stay here. Located right in the center of town and close to everything. Super authentic Alpine gasthaus with friendly staff and great food and service. Our room was spacious and had nice touches - Eckbank and Kachelofen. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was huge. Shower had great pressure and heat. Highly recommend this place.

The entrance with the double doors and staircase was a challenge with heavy suitcases and physical problems with back and knee problems. Maybe the should be mentioned, that people with some physical problems can prepare accordingly.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, Although the restaurant, that we were looking forward to spend the evening at, was closed. But the recommendation to visit the Hutschpferd up the road was an excellent alternative.

Location was very close to main part of town and the main cable car.car parking available on site and the breakfast was very good.the staff were all very helpful and very friendly. I would certainly recommend this hotel to others.

Lovely room with good size balcony. Comfortable beds. Immaculately clean and well maintained. Friendly staff. Excellent shower and good breakfast. Parking behind the hotel made visiting much more convenient too.

Big clean room, ambiance of an old hotel. My dinner the last night was delicious….. and very reasonably priced. I’m traveling Europe this summer. This was the nicest hotel I’ve stayed at so far. And less than $100 per night!

It would be nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room, however the restaurant downstairs was great so there is an option for room service.

Friendly service, hotel had lovely character and traditional feel. The food was great and we had a beautiful room with a balcony with views over the mountains. The location was perfect for the ski slopes and restaurants. Great stay and would go back again!

Great family owned and oriented hotel. Everyone who works there was so friendly. Good restaurant, very nice when it’s light outside with the glass roof. Our suite had great views of the mountains. Very well maintained historic property. Close to the main walkable areas of Kitzbühel.

A bit narrow road to parking. You should be good driver to squeeze to narrow drive in

Hotel is really amazing, front hotel design, the interior inside the hotel keeps the history of city, Austria itself as well as wall decoration. Room was big, we were family of 3 person and there were quite a lot space. Balcony view is on the mountains, that’s indeed great, every morning you can start looking to the mountains beauty. City center is so close, I think less then 5 min. Hotel staff are friendly and very helpful. Ski storage is easy to rech via lift Highly recommend this hotel and wish to return next year

We usually wake up early and we wish there was a kettle in the room so we could make some coffee. But there is a small coffee shop about 100 m from the hotel that opens at 6 am. Also the walls are a little bit thin, allowing noise to come through from adjacent rooms.

The property is in a great location. It has parking at the rear of the property. The Wi-Fi works great. It has a nice breakfast. It has a lift so you don’t have to drag your suitcases upstairs. The rooms are comfortable and warm. The rooms are a good size as well. The restaurant has a great menu for dinner. Very convenient.
