Some part of the first floor smells like puke , while I was going to my room I wanted to hold my breathe in order not to feel disgusted

The kitchen was not well equiped: we had no cutlery, no pan (which was strange because we had a stove) and only one tea bag for 2 people for 2 nights. Also, there was no air conditioning.

The room was very big and comfortable, as well as the bathroom. It had a nice vanity and a bathtube. The people at the reception were efficient and the communication was easy. We were able to leave our luggage before the check-in without extra costs. It took us around 1 hour to get to the airport with public transportation from the hotel.

Old furniture and carpets in really bad shape, different from what we saw on the photos in Booking, so really bad first impression but overall it was clean so did not affect our comfort. Quite a lot of misfunctioning things and staff mistakes which were annoying: at first we got the room which was already taken by someone else and we entered there with our card which was embarassing for every one, issues with card to enter our room or hotel entrance doors not working

Spacious room, comfortable beds and bathroom, equipped with hairdryer. Really quiet neighboorhood. It's quite far from the city center, in a residential neighboorhood but with this price we expected that, besides It Is close to metro station so it was ok

Breakfast could always be better and more varied, but it was enough to get a start in the morning.

The hotel was as expected, and what you would expect for the price. Staff was friendly, breakfast was fairly simple but good, and the room was adequate with no extra features. The location was quiet, and the metro station within a short walking distance.

No AC, that was the biggest downside, the room is clean but the carpeting and furniture needs updating. The wifi worked perfectly in the hotel lobby, as soon as I got to the room, it automatically disconnected from the WIFI every 5-10 minutes and I got the error "Incorrect password", after re-entering the password about 5 times, it connected and after a few minutes it happened again…

Everything is almost fine, convenient location, no noise at night, good sound insulation, there is underground parking (€15 per night). There is a grocery store right next door. About 30-40 minutes by metro to the old town. The staff is great, they allowed me to keep the car for a few extra hours after checkout😊

No AC, though they were kind and bought new fan for us. No kitchenware at all, no washing machine, they have stovetop only. (No plates , pan, puts, ironing facility)

There was nothing I didn't like. about the hotel. The train station was a five min + walk away with a ticket machine Change at West Bahnhof for City Centre. Regular trains, about 25 + mins to City Centre.

Price. Lift; Quiet, large Room. Staff. Shower. Everything worked, everything was fine. Did not have breakfast so no comment. There is a good, small supermarket next to the hotel.

The room was very clean but you can find signs of ussage on the walls, carpets. Battered and worn, which is normal but aesthetically not so nice. The propery is not so close from the city center but close to a few top attractions of Vienna.The parking on the streets it is not to easy and also not for free. They offering private parking but for a fee, which is realtively not to much for one day but comparring to the room price is significant. They posted the parking fee in the introduction but some how hidden in the list of facilities.

We stayed just 1 night. For that it was an excellent accomodation on a price/value ratio. It was a simple hotel but not to simple, offered basic but not to basic servicies. Not to small rooms, private bathroom, very clean, in a relatively new building. Near to a grocery store. In our travell period travelling by car it was the best offer for our budget.

Everything was just like I imagined;) The staff was very helpful, breakfast very varied and tasty, we had a good sleep. The place was very close to metro, so it wasn’t a problem to get to the city centre.

I did not like that the personal come there and wake me up between 9-10 am when the check out was at 11 am And One of the bed was broken already!

I understand it is a budget hotel, however, the very first no from me was the smell of cigarettes as soon as we entered the room. As a non- smoker, this bothered me a lot. Great amount of scuff and scratch marks on the walls and furniture, giving it an overall unpleasant feeling. The shower curtain was completely orange at the bottom. I'd say hygiene can and should definitely improve.

Good location and the staff at reception were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was also great with a large variety of things to eat available to choose from.
