You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United Kingdomit would be amazing if there was a coffee maker or water in the room. but it is not very necessary as the hotel restaurant is amazing.
Staff were very friendly, and the lady who checked us in was amazing, very helpful, and friendly. she expalind to us everything we need with smile. the location is stunning. we were surprised about the stunning view in the morning when we woke up as we arrived at night and the place is so quiet all we could hear there was rain dropping. the room is very clean and tidy. the whole atmosphere was cosy. the hotel offered us a one day silver premium card, which gave us free access to the nearby cable cars, and discounts on other activities such as mountain bikes, etc.. and we spent all the days on the mountains, and we had the best time ever. will definitely always come back again. can't wait to come back again in winter

Everything is perfect here. The location, the rooms, family Zangerl is absolutly nice and helpful. We needed parking for couple of days during our hut to hut hike in Silvretta and they allowed us to use their spaces. Every request or question we had they helped us with and with smile and good mood. And the hotel is super comfy in quiet location.
