Sauna wasn’t working

There is no coffee/kettle machine in the room. However there is one machine for coffee and hot water in the breakfast room. But this machine works with only cash and it doesn’t give the change :) At least, please fix/change the machine.

Breakfast is good. Location is perfect. You also have balcony and parking option in front of the hotel. Parking is not with reservation so you can park whenever there is a free spot. However even that option is good because parking in zell am see is really expensive. You can find park spot in the morning because people are leaving the hotel for check out or just going somewhere. So, better to park somewhere close and pay until next day 10:00 o’clock and check the parking availability. Our room view was mountain/city. It is nice but I also saw the other rooms that has lake view and it looks really good. So if you can book, book lake view rooms.

The room felt a bit small for longer stays, and we missed having a common area to sit and work.

We were blown away with how comfortable the bed was! Staff is super friendly, outgoing, and accommodating. The location is excellent, just seconds from the lake and city, but be warned that the train is loud! Breakfast is good quality and plenty of options. We were overall very pleased with our stay!

The lack of air conditioning made the room quite warm in hot days. Since the train tracks were close to the window, it was difficult to open it for ventilation due to the noise.

I had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were incredibly friendly. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a good.

Breakfast closes at 9:30 and the check out must be in 10 am , If you do not leave the room at around 10, the room will not be cleaned . and The single room size was very small . The sound of the train was very annoying if you opened the window.

The girl in the reception was very very kind and nice also she want to help us with the bags . The location very good.

Parking situation is horrible, hotel has only few own parking slots so you need to find a place on the street, but during the weekend it is imposible. Evan the parking hauses near the hotel were fully occupied

Breakfast was ok with good variety, but it was not great. (The buns could be more crunchy, the cheese and sausage are just "standard" fare, ...)

It would be great to have some extra blankets in the room. The weather was quite chill, so it was a bit of an issue, and there was no chance for us to ask for some at the reception since our typical vacation schedule does not imply being back at the hotel before 8 p.m. at least :)

The hotel is located on the edge of the city center, just a 10-minute walk from the train station. It is very quiet despite being near the railway; one can hear the trains passing by, but there are nearly none in the evening. Automatic check-in (outside the working times of the reception, 16:00-18:00) is done through the terminal at the entrance and goes smoothly. The rooms are spacious and well-furnitured, beds are comfy. The breakfast is typical B&B but nice. Overall, a good price-to-quality offer.

The room lacked basic facilities such as a kettle, tea, and coffee. The limited availability of the reception staff. The checkout time is too early at 9:30 am. No free summer card, which is commonly offered by other hotels.

No lift in the hotel so carrying the luggage and everytime going to the top floor is tired. The hotel is very close to the train track so first night I find it noisy but after few days of ski I slept very tight so can't notice any more.

I like the breadfast, the breadfast lady is very nice and always help out. The waffle in breadfast is my highlight. The Sauna is very good to relax after a day of ski and the view from my window is amazing.

There was no lift ..we were in the top floor.. i was there for Spartan race so that's OK for me 😄..May be they can add some hot breakfast too..

but there's no elevator and my room was in third floor so it was very hard to get my luggage to my room and also the check in time was too late it's 3 pm on the other hand the check out at 10 in the morning!! Finally the parking always fully booked

The reception is only open 2 hours a day so checking in can be a hassle. Be sure to check that before you arrive or you’ll be waiting for them to come. Beautiful view of the lake and 3 min walk to swimming and 5 min to center, location is perfect.

In booking.com was mentioned, there is not parking place but on fact there were 3-4 places in the front of the hotel, free of charge.

Nice gasthaus-style hotel with a view to Zee. Even the railway was between the hotel and lake, there was not really any noise. Nice breakfast.

Cleaning could have been better and the room really would be better with air conditioning.

The kitchen staff were so kind and spread positive energy. Breakfast was good! Location 10/10.
