Spotlessly clean and well arranged interior, large balcony with mountain views, amazing sauna, hassle-free check-in (digital key), close to all the ski lifts. Would recommend.

We requested in the booking that we are bringing our dog. Only after arrival were we informed that a charge of 15 euro/night is applicable.

Modern, spacious, clean appartment with all facilities, well maintained and nicely styled. We did not use the sauna but it looked very modern and clean.

We like technologies but sometimes we have to think twice when we use the main iPad for lights, blinds, heating, music, sauna and other equipment..

One of the best experience so far. I like everything and highly reccomend to everyone. I believe that we will go there again in the future.

An apartment is great option for family or group of friends who would like to enjoy Kaprun and area. The apartment is located close to Maiskogelbahn ski lift which you can reach with car in 3 minutes. Apartments have included sauna, which is great amenity after long day of ski plus there is place to store your skis and dry up or warm up your ski boots . Apartments are close to Kaprun spa as well.

The apartment is a beautiful, well equipped, high quality, spacious and modern apartment, in a silent neighbourhood. Of course silence is always relative to everyone. By car it's a couple of mins from the gorgeous hills of Kaprun. Supermarket is also within 2 minutes by car. The bed was very good for me, not too soft, not too hard. I loved the digital key based solution and the reception-less check-in. I'd go back anytime!

No elevator , had to take the luggage all the way to the second floor , we are a big family , took around 10 pieces of luggage to the second floor.

If there air conditioning it will perfect coz in August some week is very hot so the temperature it will be 34 c but in some week it was cold and no need air conditioning. Since you are close to Kaprun, you need a Kaprun card, as it eliminates the need to pay sums of money, such as the Kaprun Heights, where the cost per person is approximately 50 euros, and the card that is provided to those who live in Kaprun exempts you from paying and there are other places that benefit you with this card … The residence is very beautiful, wonderful and picturesque.

The location is excellent - calm and there is no disturbance - a very family place - everything you can think of is available

To open the door for the first time, you need to download a virtual key from Salto, which may be overwhelming for some. The TVs lack popular streaming apps, and these cannot be installed.

We stayed in Apartment No. 5, a new, clean, and beautifully decorated apartment with a large balcony and lovely views. The kitchen was fully equipped, including a Nespresso machine (capsules available for a small fee), and the beds were comfortable. It was conveniently located near all the major attractions around Kaprun and Zell am See.

Too many flies (common to the entire area) and the bad was too stiff. A softer mattress could have been better (at least for me)

New place, all was in high quality and decorated with good taste - a one can see that people invested a lot of thought in designing this place. Location was superb for traveling in West Salzburg region
