Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Polandlack of washing machine, they did offer to wash clothes for me though :) There is absolutely nothing to complain about. Maybe it would be worth to put couch in the leaving room instead of one of the bedrooms, so it is more comfortable to spend time together there -but it was clearly described and visible on the pictures, so we knew what we were geting :)
everything :) it was exactly like on the pictures, but more spacious. Thick walls, everything was clean, comfortable to use, and nice to look at :) ski slope is literally by the front door and it took us 10 minutes by car to get to Hintertux Gletcher.

GermanyWonderful place, it has everything you may possibly need for a relaxing skiing holiday. Amazing views, beautifully furnished rooms/apartment with a gorgeous terrace and it’s right on the slope - you can literally put your skis on just outside the door and go down the track. We loved absolutely everything, and will definitely come back!

Very big newly renovated rooms! Good beds, smart tvs, big fancy bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, … Big terrace with heaters and blankets. Host was super friendly! Never met more friendly people. Best price - quality for a ski vacation I have ever had!

Excellent accommodation in the Tux area! We were accommodated in app. nr. 7 that has a huge and marvelous terrace overlooking the valley, with an outside grill, heating, and an extractable marquee. The apartment has been recently renovated. Great kitchen (extremely well equipped), great bathrooms, great beds... VERY friendly and helpful owner! There is also a little children's playground! Fresh bakery is available every morning based on your order. Own freshwater spring that you can use - either still or sparkling! Simply great!!! Key card entry to all areas you need. Perfectly equipped ski room, including service table and all necessary tools. You can ski all the way to the door in the wintertime. We're definitely coming back!
