We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustriaThe lunch only had cakes and pastries and we would have appreciated a healthy lunch instead, such as soup and salad. We were very bothered by all the smoking. We hope Austria as a country will evolve to understand that just because smoking is outside it doesn’t make it ok. Any time we went outside, like swimming in the pool outside, kids area with outside slides, we were forced to inhale smoke. Considering that this is a wellness and health oriented hotel, they need to absolutely prohibit smoking in all public areas, especially areas with high traffic and kids such as pools and entry to the hotel. Smoking is thumbs down and very poor choice. We wish there was an option for kids to experience saunas. Also, there were some repair work and two mornings we were awakened by the loud noise of drilling.
It was absolutely one of the best vacations we took as a family. We have 4 children with wide range of ages from 2 to 14, and everyone had fun on the slides, even we as adults enjoyed sliding with our kids. We were there in June, which is off season because Austrian and German kids are at school until July. So, the lines were very short and if we went to the park after dinner, we were almost alone, which was incredible. Staying at the hotel Paradiso made our stay a lot easier as we were able to go in and out of the park easily. The downside of coming there off season was that the padding zoo was not there yet and all parts of the park except for the Aquapulco (kids part) were closed. But the saunas reopened on the last day of our stay and the saunas were amazing! They have a wide choice of different saunas, and also two snow rooms. It’s available only for kids over the age of 16, and rightfully so as people walk there naked. We sneaked some of our kids there in the evening around 9 pm when there were almost nobody left there and the kids loved the saunas too. I wish they have at least one hour - two hours designated each day for kids to attend and not allow any naked adults, so the kids can also get the full experience. The food was OK, very thoughtful breakfast with lactose free option of milk, butter and cheese and freshly squeezed orange juice. Dinner was good enough with some dishes tasting better than others. Staff was incredible polite, friendly and helpful. Overall we had a stress free, worry free wonderful relaxing time in there. We liked it even better than Disney Cruise that we took two months ago.

AustriaThe beds were very uncomfortable, also pillows were old. Sound isolation from the corridor was bad, you can hear everyone there. Dinner was too fancy for my taste: portions were small and very extravagant tastes. Piraten Welt area is too cold - the towels never get dry there, the air is very cold so you stay always in water or go to other area.
The hotel is very nice. Good swimming pools and kids swimming area. I like Tropicana the most - it is the warmest zone. Breakfast was good. Also “lunch” was provided: consists of strudel and snacks. we dis not check relax zone, as we were with the kid. Room looks better and newer then on the pictures. Outside jealousy close from the sun very good. Also good sound isolation from the street.
