Wifi was very slow and barely worked. We got a room with two single beds, not sure if that was a mistake on my end but was sure i booked a double bed.

Brilliant location, right in the centre surrounded by restaurants and shops. The rooms were well maintained and cleaned. Eveything was provided, so not much to interact with the staff. Bathroom is excellent, clean with rain shower. Overall very good property to stay in Vienna.

The staff were very welcoming ,helpful, and friendly They arranged pickup and drop-off to and from the airport. They also recommended some very good places to eat. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of different options, including a lovely selection of fresh fruits. They made our stay in Vienna very present.

On Booking site says the hotel offers slippers , none in reality. There was a kettle, sugar, teal and milk but no coffee. We have requested and none has been provided for the 3 nights of our stay

The room is ok, nothing special, but the curtains can't be closed entirely, so I woke up arround 6am because of the light in the room.

Great location, the street is clean and safe to walk even at night. The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. Free coffee and hot chocolate is a wonderful addition.

The toilet was in a separate room to the bathroom where the sink was but it was only slight issue.

The location was perfect very close to main sites. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good, had chocolate on Easter Sunday felt special.

Very well located in the centre of Venice and easy to reach by public transport (the underground is about 4 minutes away). The room was large, comfortable, quiet and clean. We didn't order breakfast but complimentary hot drinks and some fruit were available during the day. It was a good price and suited our needs perfectly.

Poor receptionist's attitude (Never say sorry even though troubled situation) My room keys didn't work on the next day of arrival. For the first time, receptionist explained I seemed to put my keys near magnetic devices - while I didn't do so -, but when he brought new keys to my room and the keys also didn't work. He promised to be back soon with new keys. Even though I had had hard tour schedule all day long, my wife and I had to wait for him to bring new keys. Several minutes later, I went to reception desk to get new keys, but he says "I try to fix the problem and the root cause is tech problem... You have to be more patient (until I fix this tech iproblem)!" I've lost my words to say. At least, he had say he is sorry for any inconveniences caused first, but never didn't say that. Few minuted later again, he came back to my room with new keys with sorry.
