The option we chose was perfect for 6 people, the apartment is big and the beds are very comfy, with good quality mattresses and pleasantly decorated rooms. Our option included access to Tauren Spa Resort which made the trip more enjoyable. Ski bus station is located in front of the hotel.

It is basically a hotel with no daily room cleaning. I couldn't find a place to store skies in the ski room (just boots and poles). A ski rack would be helpfull. No facility to change/take shower if you ski on the day of departure other than a ski room (no privacy to change).

Very friendly and helpfull staff. Good location in the quiet middle of Kaprun. Ski bus stop in front of the hotel. Very thought through, modern looking room with ample storage. All the room equipment is good name brand quality, new and works well. Full size fridge and dishwasher. Nice, spacious clean, well built bathroom. Extremely comfy bed (I want that matress at home now!). Locking forced air dryer with space for 4x sets of boots per room in the ski room.

The bed was very hard, it was also a bit noisy at night if you keep the window open. Kitchen is really small.

We did like the location, suite was nice and cosy, they have a very good restaurant too. The bus stop is few steps from the hotel and dogs are welcome which is very good!

Small and no elevator with a very bad stair to carry bags , no one to help and even I slipped and heart my hand and head

Reception staff was really helpful, Location was really nice , Rooms are comfy , balcony was a really nice addition though i think the floor of the balcony needs some work.

Perfect location, right next to a skibus stop while within walking distance to all amenities. Nice and clean rooms, very convenient parking and ski storage facilities. Great food offerings at the restaurant, recommended to stay in for dinner. Breakfast was ok.

Nothing to improve, we were very satisfied with everything. Maybe during rain and freeze slippery way in the front of the building, should I really look for something to comment on.

Perfect location, great breakfast service, very comfortable newly furnished appartment (new building), nothing to complain about. Proactive accommodation messaging about need for dinner reservations, flowers arrangements, entry to Spa etc. Dinner needs to be booked in advance due to usually full restaurant - very good food indeed and great portions. Very friendly atmosphere overall. 3rd day at breakfast the waiter already immediately brought our standard tea and espresso morning order without asking - great touch!

Not much.

It had excellent facilities and the room was a good size for 1 person. Rooms were quiet, and the general feel was modern with a lot of storage (3 cupboard spaces) which would be great for longer stays! It had a central location and the staff were quite friendly. The inclusion of the Tauern spa access was great, especially as the weekend I was there was quite bad with the weather.

Mrs Kathrin was extremely welcoming and helpful. The apartment was brand new, well equipped and spacious. The excellent location with the ski bus right outside the front door. Very good breakfast and the menu in the restaurant. Enjoyed spa visits after skiing. Ski room with heated lockers.

Kathrin was extremely welcoming, helpful and responsive. The location was excellent with the ski bus right outside the front door. Also walkable to restaurants and supermarket in Kaprun. The 2 bedroom appartment was really well equipped and spacious for a family of 4. Enjoyed the Austrian menu in the restaurant- food really well presented.

The property is extremely nice, traditional hose from outside, but very modern alpine style from inside. First impression was really lovely staff, then beautiful and pleasant apartment and everything very new, clean, fresh. The bus for skiing area in front of house so very easy to come to cable car. Free entrance in Tauren spa and worth to go in the afternoon-just 5 min by car. And at the end the best part is restaurant as a part of this hotel - really, really good cuisine and good prices!!! Last but not least - beautiful view on Kitzsteiner horn.
