We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SerbiaIt should have everyday cleaning, but instead, it was on the 4th day of the stay. Commonly, you have to wait for the eggs and bacon to be prepared instead of being available in the buffet. No staff after 12-13.00 so you have to unlock the door of the hotel by yourself.
Nice quiet location in the small town - of Maishofen. It is a good location between the great ski centers of Kaprun, Zell Am See, and Saalbach. It has a very nice ski room with ski lockers for each room. Rooms with big beds and nice bathrooms. Very pleasant stuff. It is great that you have a pass for the great SPA center in Kaprun, although it is 15 mins drive from the hotel.

SerbiaNothing to say here but if I was to nitpick and search for flaws, it took us three minutes to figure out how to open the garage so maybe it could be explained better.
Breakfast was perfect, every little detail is thought through, from cutlery to scrambled eggs which were cooked to perfection. Room was large and had everything to feel at home. Underground garage is very nice touch especially since it was very cold, you don't see that very often(actually never) in these kind of accommodations. Access to Tauernspa is great selling point since it is one of the best thermal places in Austria.

NetherlandsSomewhat further from Hinterglemm and Saalbach, if you are to ski there. Especially with the last ski bus returning at 5, make sure you catch it before. For the rest everything was great.
Our room was generously spacious and as comfortable as home. The host was most helpful and shared local tips about the ski lifts and getting around. The breakfast was top-quality - exceeding our expectations. Definitely a top recommender!
