It shouldn't be on booking.com. It's terrible experience with this place never had a experience like this.

This place is very bad the lock doesn't work it's not like in the photos.the out side has a big halls in little garden it's terrible place.the lock from garden side doesn't work.its Full of humidity smells really bed. In kitchen there is no single Cup to drink coffee nothing in the kitchen to prepare or cook. Never had a terrible experience like this.and when we contact property for wi fi there is not any network he was saying to connect.

I never get key, I didn't check in😟. I called when I arrived at the destination, nobody picked my call, till 8pm we got no assistance, Comfort Triple room HN only existed on internet Nothing to identify the address.

I came to the address Wien Hannover Gasse 10, Nothing that shows there is an Appartment there. I never got the the Appartment. All i need is how to get my money back.

It was in an alley next to an open-air dumpster, the door that kept the public out via code had a window next to it for people to climb in through, there was a massive hole in our door, and the bed was suspended by cinderblocks, generally, a filthy room that had seemingly not been cleaned in months with no bedding at all for the second bed (couch), there was mold on the walls and trash in common areas which brought in bugs. I did not see anything in our room that was either unbroken or undamaged, stains on the couch were a little bit confronting, between our room and the outside world there was no lock on anything, and the building walls were crumbling, it did not come with a key and we got in because the door was wide open when we got there.

The offer says there should be a wifi in each room - there is not. It is not even working in a common space, actually wifi works the best when you leave the building….

Main advantage is that it is pretty close to the city center, but the city is so small, that almost anything is close to the center.

The kitchen corridor and bathroom were very dirty. There was no kettle in the room or kitchen. The room was not heated, there was only a small electric heater which produced very little heat.There was fungus in the bathroom. I received a different room than I booked (I booked a double bed and received two single beds) I don't recommend it to anyone

Frozen place with 12 degrees C in rooms.. Cold is getting inside from the backyard door, even closed. Only cold water. Common area is so used with visible problems. Owner just ignored the problem and us when asked to get some heaters. I have found by Google his contact number in Russian topic and Facebook groups for Russian immigrants.

There is no instructions on how to get to the rooms and the building is badly maintained. Broken walls, trash everywhere. There is NO HEATING and NO HOT WATER, no towels and no blankets for the cold. The WC smells horrible and they only leave 1 roll of toilet paper for all the 3 rooms. I would not recomend staying here

It's easier to crack the da Vinci code than to get into the room! the building is unmarked, the corridors to the rooms are terribly dirty and filled with garbage containers. If it weren't for the kindness of other people who helped us complete the website to get the key, we probably wouldn't have made it.

The advantage of this situation was that it was possible to contact the facility quickly. rooms clean and pleasant.

-First of all the appartement pictures don’t show how the appartement is. In fact, the advertised appartement was completely different which one we were given. -Secondly, the appartment wasn't clean and the sheets might be, but didn’t seem, with old stains and spots. -Thirthly, the appartement equipment was not enought so far, acordingly the number of the gess that the appartement could host. For 5/6 guests only a tiny table with 4 chairs, 3 mugs, 1 glass, 4 forks, 1 knife, no kitchen cloth nor paper towel.Fortunately, there were towels enough. Good heating. -Finally, we exposed our concerns to the property, no body solved our demands, even they didn't reply the whatsapp we sent.
