Breakfast was so yummy, excellent location near train station, and 10 min walk from the center. There are lots of shops and restaurant near, highly recommended. Greetings from Armenia.

The staff made everything. From reception to cleaning and breakfast staff, these people deserve a raise, they are incredibly nice and helpful! Warmed our hearts and made us feel very respected. Not only did they offer to try and book us a place anywhere to eat (we didn’t reserve and it was so late), but they were so sweet to bring up plates and cutlery to our room after we ordered in, without us saying anything. 10/10 breakfast was very good, the breakfast area is very chic and AGAIN staff super helpful and nice

Desk in room was a bit small for working, office chair was a bit stiff but wouldn't be an issue if you are there to visit and not work :)

Staff was very welcoming and helpful to plan activities and taxi service. Amazing breakfast buffet, so many choices and great balance between fresh and cooked options. A few minutes from main metro station and attractions. Great location for runners with the canal and nearby parks.

The sound insulation is their weakest point. Luckily we had a white noise speaker with us because of our 3year-old. :)

A good hotel for a three-day family trip. The location of the hotel is excellent – we walked to Prater and Stephansplatz. There’s also easy access to public transportation nearby. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and warm – which was perfect since the weather had just cooled down. The room could be nicely darkened, which is often a problem in hotels.

THe stuff was very kind.Everything was perfect.My girlfriend had her birthday and at the night the staff sent me a bottle of wine. The breakfast was very good. I suggest hotel Citi Central to everyone the location was perfect. and in the center everything was near and you didn't need public transport

The hotel is just perfect. The location is excellent. The staff was very kind. My husband had a birthday and we had a birthday surprise in the room (I didn’t mention his birthday to the staff :) The breakfast was awesome. We will definitely come back again. One of the best hotels I have stayed in. The location is phenomenal, with a metro station just 200m from the hotel. Clean, tidy, and the breakfast is excellent. The staff is very friendly, and they even prepared a gift for my child’s birthday. I absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to experience Vienna in the right way. There was nothing we didn’t like about this hotel, we loved everything!

Clean, tidy, the staff is very attentive and very sweet. They helped me with everything. Vienna was my first trip alone and since I was only going to spend 3 days, I wanted to stay somewhere close to the center. I think choosing this hotel was the best decision I ever made. I would like to thank the staff at the reception and breakfast area, and the ladies who regularly clean the rooms. If I come to Vienna again, I definitely want to stay at this hotel again.
