We loved this gorgeous hotel. It is located on the mountain side above the city of Innsbruck and offers stunning views of the surrounding area. We walked one block to the funicular cable car station and went to the Top of Innsbruck and down into the old town of Innsbruck. What a wonderful day. Our room was very clean, comfortable and good size. There was a deck right off of our room and the breakfast was amazing with so many delicious options. The staff were all extremely polite. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. We even were given an early check in. We had free parking and breakfast was included. I can highly recommend this property.

The pillows are not good at all. They should change them... During our stay, there were some construction works carried out on the side of the hotel. We received a room near that place and it was noisy because of that.

Bit outside the town but very quiet and beautiful surroundings,big parking lot, very friendly staff,very tidy and clean rooms with all you need,simple and very good breakfast.

As it is not so easy ti find an open restaurant for dinner closeby, it would be nice to have a small fridge in the room. It would be great to have a bigger trash bin.

The hotel was new and the room was spatious, the bed very comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfasts very much (there was a lot of fruit and also a possibility of making a fresh smoothie).

Location a distance out of town. And the biggest down fall was there wasn’t any restaurant facility bearing in mind of the location. Bar closed at 9. If it wasn’t for a pub down the road we would have had to travel some distance for food. There should be food available

Couldn’t sit on the seats outside after 10pm. Strange check in and check out times but it all worked out fine

There is no kettle or mini fridge inside the room, would be great if they can include these in the room.

There was no restaurant open when we visited and not much choice around on Monday or Tuesday.

Great location with fantastic views over Innsbruck. Lovely and welcoming staff. Excellent breakfast. The receptionist arranged for us a free unlimited bus pass - the bus stop is just a short walk away - great way for exploring this beautiful city. The cable car station is also around the corner.

Be aware of the slightly strange check in times.....contact them and they'll leave the key in a safe by the door, no problem at all as long as you're aware that check in closes at 4pm!

Our booking specifically indicated a garden view, city view or mountain view. We had a view of a grassy slope 4 feet from the window blocking any view at all. Very disappointing. When we asked if there was a better room available we were told no. I made this booking in February.. We are staying here again on May 7th and are hoping to have a room with some kind of view.

A fridge in the room would have been wonderful. A connection to town was not great in the morning - just fyi.

Price was excellent - with an delicious breakfast. I liked being close to the mountains and how quiet it was. The room was cozy and had everything I required. The view was delightful - nice view of the town.

Unfortunately, there was a lot of construction noise throughout the mornings of our stay which we hadn’t been previously informed about. Sadly it was loud enough that it prevented our little one from sleeping.

The staff were super helpful, professional, kind, and welcoming! The property was beautiful, surrounded by lovely views and offered delightful coffee. The hotel was walking distance to the slopes which was perfect for our mini ski break with our little one. The baby bed they provided was absolutely perfect, and the room was spacious and lovely.

Unless you drive or take a taxi this hotel is difficult to reach by bus, despite there being a bus stop not too far away it was an uphill pathway that you need to use GPS for, some parts are steps, some parts are grass and muddy if rain or snow, it was a slog with a big case. It snowed whilst I was there and so I took a taxi back into Innsbruck as getting down to the bus stop would have been tricky with big luggage, taxi will be €20-€30 euro depending on traffic.

Clean, spacious room, nice views, friendly and helpful staff, coffee available at bar and room to store luggage, great breakfast with lots of options. It’s a conference centre so it’s run very efficiently. Near Alpenzoo and Skiing.

There is nothing I did not like

It's a great location, situated above the city in a green area with a gorgeous view on the city and the surrounding mountains, yet easily accessible also with public transport (except evening hours). Excellent breakfast.
