The bathrooms reeked of a bad smell, which also persisted in certain parts of the corridors in the building. It feels like there are poor plumbing and/or ventilation issues. It really made using the shower or the toilet very difficult, as it felt like one would suffocate if one stays inside for more than a couple of minutes. Furthermore, the choice of black interior with black switches meant that people with low vision could not easily find the bathroom switches in the dark, leading to potentially calamitous situations. A simple choice of outlining the light switches with glow in the dark type of material would solve this issue.

The location is splendid. The view is mesmerizing. The apartment was spacious, reasonably equipped, clean, and comfortable. The 24x7 customer service was very efficient, courteous, and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous.

It is not easy to offload your bags from the car as there is no parking with the hotel.

Only the cleanliness was a bit questionable to me, but not at all concerning.

Awesome location and a very good stylish appratment, it had absolutely everything you might ever need for a short and even for a longer stay. The apartment was spacious, finding the location and the check-in were super easy. The cleanliness was okay. It was warm, heating was working so i could easily dry my things after the rainy day. It might be a bit loud depending on the room location, but overall I had an amazing stay there and would definetely recommend and go back if I have the chance to.

The shower didn't want to drain, but that is probably a temporary issue only. Check-in procedure on a touch screen requires all fields to be filled in even though all the information was provided here already, quite annoying.

Very comfortable and well-equipped. Stylish bathroom, although finding a black light switch on a black wall was a bit challenging 🙂 Very close to the city centre.

The code given was hard to tell 0 from O and I suggest to omit them. I has to make a number of attempts to get the key card. There are several doors to the hotel and it wasn't clear how to enter to get to the key code panel. Perhaps signage to assist what is main entry and exit. I ended up asking next door at the bar how to get in. Also wasn't aware of the second hotel just up the street and was confused which was mine. I didn't use the breakfast as offered next door as this was quite expensive. I bought my own.

The room was a goodsize for solo travelling and the bathroom facilities were great. Good shower head, flow of water and sensitive temperature controls. I also appreciated the lift as I was on the fourth floor. The central location was excellent. I didn't make use of the cleaning services but it's great not to have a housekeeper entering during my time there unless requested.

Few storage options in the room (2 hangers for 3 people), no wall hooks (e.g. for jackets), due to black interior it felt dusty - even if it was probably very clean, room felt very stuffy - no ventilation and opening the windows brought in a lot of noise

Spacious room, great location with walking distance to restaurants, bars, city centre, old town, awesome breakfast in the cozy little cafe in the building (also gluten-free options by request), well-equipped kitchen, selfcheck-in was easy

A bit worn, the shower did not drain properly, dirty laundry in the corridor, the lock on the side door was broken, so anyone from the street could enter the corridor.

Shower was broken and there was lot of noise . Even at night and early morning , I could hear noise from the above floor. That was very disturbing . Not meant for kids

I am not sure if we were unlucky or if it happens often, during 2 days of our stay we did not have hot water, and the water pressure was not good either. I found it a huge pity as the place is really nice. I hope they manage to fix it, otherwise their rating will never be high enough.

We had the very best room, on the top floor and with the city view. The view was really beautiful. The room was well equipped and comfortable. Its very kind of them to provide several bathroom amenities and free coffee.

Bed sheets haven't been replaced , towels haven't been replaced as well. Took them 5 days to replace the towels, which I do not find for any good. There is no option where to dispose of the rubbish. Difficult collection of the room keys. The machine ran out of cards, and we had to wait hours for someone to refill the machine

The hotel is well located close to the city centre. Rooms are small but good. Breakfast in the bar/ cafe is good Night time bar is also fun There is nesspeeso coffee machine and that is good for coffee lovers

The shower is smelly when not in use, probably due to some defects with the draining system. There is no hand wash basin in the separate toilet despite its spaciousness, which is strange given the fact that all Austria in-house toilets have such a basin - a necessity since the shower is separated. Although the apartment is listed as "two beds", one bed is just a fold-down sofa, which was not made when we arrived.

Excellent location - just five minutes walking from the Golden Roof (the centre of the old town) and from the Marktplatz transportation hub, so it is very easy to go around from the hotel, not to mention the many excellent restaurants within walking distance. The view from the room is also excellent.

The front door to enter the hotel is very very loud.

Location was amazing, 2 minute walk from golden roof. Contactless check in was seamless and staff were very accommodating for an earlier check in. Breakfast is served in cafe downstairs. Shower was great.
