The location is a bit off from most city highlights.

Fast service at check in, friendly staff. Location close to the Belvedere but the fast entry is through the botanical garden which has different opening hours. When closed you need to walk further for the entry.

The view, we had a view of a courtyard and the other wing. (Albeit I didn't upgrade for a great view) Would have been nice to have a double/king/queen bed instead of 2 singles pushed together

Great hotel, great location, friendly staff. We arrived early following our flight just to drop of our bags and then planned to come back to check in and they let us check 3 hours early as they had a room ready.

Was hoping for a more central location or at least a location where the Metro ran, we had to take tram 71 everyday to get to the city center but it was a fun ride just the same, also there was limited dining options in the area

It is a very good location, the room and bathroom are very clean, the beds are very comfortable with sheets that are white like snow and the towels are changed every day, the toiletries are replaced when they are finished. Everything is clean and tidy and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable in case you want some information. I really enjoyed my holliday in Vienna and I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The towels are terrible. Very thin and washed out. Not towelling left in them so difficult to get dry after a shower.

Breakfast is heavily overpriced; therefore we didn’t take it. Most hotels, like this one, offer only heavy, large scale breakfast. For us, who are very light eaters in the morning, this is overkill. Please think about light breakfast options.

A minor complaint: Signs in the elevators and the pamphlet in the hotel room indicate the a la carte restaurant is located on the seventh floor, but is actually off the lobby

It was a bit impersonal used by many business visitors I expect

I liked the location as it was near to the army museum and upper and lower Belvedere. Plenty of restaurants nearly and the tram stop to easily get into central Vienna. Staff were helpful.

The room was large and spacious and very comfortable. If there was anything we needed the hotel staff provided it immediately. The location was really good, outside the main city but very close to tram and train stops, just two minutes on foot, and the fact that it was the main city meant that it was very good value for money. We ate at the hotel in the evening in the bar and restaurant. The food was delicious.

Hotel seemed a bit tired and starting to look like needs some tender loving care. Cold atmosphere.

The room was comfortable and had all the amenities. Mixed feelings about the staff. The staff in the restaurant and bar on the ground floor were great - knowledgeable and friendly. Staff in reception and at breakfast at times didn’t seem to want to be there. Parking in the garage underneath the hotel with direct access to rooms worked well. Seemed a bit strange that anyone could access the hotels floors from the garage,

We had a pleasant 5 night stay. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. We really enjoyed the breakfast. Although the hotel is situated a bit out the city centre, the centre was easily reached by public transportation.

Breakfast at 28 Euros each is not good value, given the hotel's proximity to many excellent cafes.

We paid a modest amount for an upgrade and had a superb room on the 8th floor with a private terrace and spectacular view of Vienna. It was very quiet, comfortable, clean and well equipped. The staff could not have been more helpful.
