The receptionist didn’t speak English well, it took ages to understand the free parking location

Modern super clean hotel. We arrived late at night and our biggest surprise was waking up to the relaxing scenery of the neighboring golf course.

Morning coffee from the machine is quite mediocre. The hotel can be quite busy at times with the big tourist groups coming in coaches.

Large room on the 5th floor. It's on a quiet area, near the golf course. Car parking is ok if you come early. Breakfast is not bad, but not great either. The view with the golfers is enjoyable, though. My daughter also enjoyed the gym.

Out of the way from everything, we had to catch train's every where and the station was 1 mile away.

The hotel and staff were brilliant, thank goodness it had air conditioning as we were there on the hottest 3 days of the year.

Maybe the road from the metro station, especially at night, but it is not the hotel to “blame”. It seemed like a safe zone, just the street light was poor. Also one night there were some empty glass bottles from our room at the door and we were a bit confused why they are there. We also saw some glasses in front of other rooms so maybe cleaning can be more careful about this to avoid accidents.

Very clean, the room was cleaned and towels were changed every day. Very green view. Friendly staff and good english speakers. The room was quite big, the shower gel was of very good quality in a big bottle. Everything really looked like in the photos ☺️

The hotel is located in a quiet area, close to Schonbrunn. The staff is very kind, the room is spacious and modernly furnished.

No parking places - they send you to park 300 m away. I have booked a room with King bed, i received a room with twin beds.- The excuse that they are fully booked is showing low interest towards client. You do not confirm availability if you know you do not have rooms.

Some minor pet peeves: wifi was a bit hit and miss, sometimes we would switch to cellular simply because wifi wouldn't even load web pages. Breakfast was very expensive so we ate out, in our case it was not a problem as there is plenty of choice of where to eat around, but might but some off

Really nice quiet location in a middle of a green area. Staff were very polite and helpful. Room and bed were very comfortable. Overall this was exactly what we needed.

The staff was not very helpful. From 4 stars hotel I would expect little more friendly approach and service. It was more like you come to dormitory

The noise from the large lawn mowers cutting the golf driving range before 6am did wake us up every morning. It would have been better had they cut the grass at a more hospitable time for the hotel.

Good location with ample parking as we arrived early. Room clean and comfortable. Staff helpful in explaining about public transport to city centre, Good view across the golf driving range.

Hotel is located a little bit far from center of Vienna ( you need to use car to the center, by bus/tram is a little bit difficult, but possible ). Hotel offer great breakfast, restaurant, bar, gym, free parking. Room is really comfortable, goog equiped. In a walking distance there is few restaurants, shops, Mc Donald, gas station. We were satisfied.

The reception staff were less friendly.

The Egyptian Bar Tender and breakfast staff were really friendly and made us feel welcome. We were able to access our own Netflix on the TV which was brilliant.
