The water closet was smelly. The soap was too tiny and kept breaking into little pieces. There was no sugar for the coffee and there was no lotion.

Great location! The sauna was totes cool. The balcony was nice with a good view over the city and alps. Tons of natural light.

I knew that the parking garage was a tight (it is mentioned in booking.com hotel info. But it was fine for me since my car wasn't big.

First, thanks for the reception ladies, Ms. Dena, Ms. Gund, and Ms. Johanna. They all were so nice making things simple and easy. The communication thro whatsapp before our stay within 5 days to make sure we get all we needed. Also, the summer card was a real good deal that they made it ready for me and my family. It gives you many places to go to for free (cable cars, zell am see boat...etc) Location was super great! Less than 3 minutes of walking you are in the heart of zell am see center.

Initially the host had communicated the locker password to me through the booking.com chat. However, the key was wrong so I called them on their whatsapp number and they were very helpful. The key issue was solved in no time,

Excellent location - 100 meters from old town streets.. Everything you need for a stay - kitchen with dishwasher, coffe mashines and so. Very comfortable bed. Personel was very kind, everything was perfect. In hot days maybe AC would be a benefit.

Kitchen wasn’t very functional missing a drawer for utensils and very little work space Fine if you intend to eat out every time but would be difficult to produce a substantial meal.

The one thing I would mention, the heating was on full blast when I arrived which might have been needed in the colder months, but not during my stay. Extra warm pyjamas aren't needed!

The location was ideal, and everything was walking distance and easy to find. Even though there isn't a 24-hour reception, the replies are quick. I was only here for a long weekend, so didn't use all the facilities, but it was cosy enough for my stay. Also the balcony was a very nice touch with enough privacy.

The location was perfect - close to the centre & bars & restaurants, close to ski lifts & the bus stop & close to ski hire shop. The apartments exceeded our expectations. The photos don’t do them justice! They were large, modern, clean & offered everything we needed. We would definitely recommend these to others.

I was in apartment named "superior" and the price was high (ok, also because the christmas holidays which I understand and there is sauna too). But in an "superior" and still pricy apartment I wouldn't expect to be so exposed on the street. It is on the ground floor. The feeling of privacy is not very good. We had the dark curtains on windows also during the day sometimes. There could be also more dishes and kitchen untesiels, some better knife. My rate is 8, bit in direction of 9. No way 7.

Nice new furniture. Excellent locaton both for skiers (cca 150m from City Express Ski-Lift, even less central skibus station) and for Town visit(quite few steps to the pedestrian zone), quiet, clean, comfortable. Good ski-storage. Sauna nice. Kind hosts.

Didn’t have salt, pepper, sugar, oil for simple meal preparation during the stay.

Great location, near town centre and many great restaurants. Spacious rooms and great sauna. Great room heating in winter, great shower. Equipped with most home essential appliances. Thank you specially to staff Lena, she came by on my request to open basement laundry facility as we had problem access.
