Bedroom had mould. Lots of fixtures/fittings were worn or damaged. You got one toilet roll and then had to buy the rest yourself. Photos on main booking.com page does not show all apartments, did not realise the only shower in one apartment was within a bedroom which was tricky when travelling for work with colleagues. No lock on the inside of the apartment meaning a master card could open the apartment at anytime.

Location was good for public transport, easy check in. Big appartment. Good WiFi. Not dirty. Supermarket close by.

There was a lack of cleanness in the whole apartment. It would be good to have a mop in order to be able to remove the excess water from the shower. Also, the interior walls from the big room were humid - big stains.

No natural light, no kettle or many kitchen utensils, faulty fridge and microwave, no communal area, smelly rooms from the courtyard with the windows open.

Location, being more suburban but still close to the centre. Comfy beds, big bathrooms, nice staff, good wifi.

Unfortunately the local neighborhood was extremely loud all through the evenings, nights, and early mornings - weekdays and weekend. Could not sleep very well due to all the noise of the local and other travelers socials.

The property was as advertised. It was clean and comfortable layout. The office personal were very kind.

Picture are misleading. they show renovated bathrooms with fancy shower, spotless finishes and hardwood floors. In room 202 we got janky laminate floor, a 2 square meeters bathroom with a small and uncomfortable shower with wobbly pavement and a shower head that would not stay in place. The chairs and the table were stained by some dark/brown spots. We were given a rather small white towel each, and they were stained (they were clean, just stained). The staircase smelled of cigarettes smoke day and night, as the staff smokes in the courtyard and does not close the door…

Not that clean from the beginning that you enter to the room but ok. If it’s just for a bath and a sleep I think you can handle it!

It was close to the city center on feet or by taking bus. Also close to Prater and airport transportation by train.

The place was very dark. We had a ground floor apt that faced only an internal courtyard where the communal bins were( just outside our bedrooms). The windows were only in two bedrooms, leaving one of the bedrooms without any ventilation. The place and the building were run down in general. Some of the walls were dirty. Pillows were way too puffy, making it impossible to sleep on it.

The place had three bedrooms (good value for the size) and it was close to transportation or only 30 mins walk from city centre. Many restaurants and shops were close by.

The place needs more maintenance. We could not close the door first, they did something with it but it was still half functioning, needed some learning to close it properly. The outside small garden, and generally the property could be a bit cleaner, while the rooms were ok.

It's comfortable that you can pick up the keys at the place without calling them.

the kitchen table was placed in the bedroo, but it should and it was possibility to be put in the kitchen. There should be at least two towels for each guest not only one ane one floor towel in the bathroom and one toilet paper for one person and not one and a half fopr 4 persons. The owners must repair the glass door in the bathroom which are broken and it was not absolutely possible to close them!!!

We made our own breakfast. The location was ok connected to the public transport.

Apartment was tired. The kitchen had no extractor fan, and the hob hotplates seemed to be wired up to the wrong switches. A few issues cosmetically with superficial holes in internal doors and on the sofa.

Good proximity to a variety of supermarkets. A spacious apartment. Within comfortable walking distance of public transport links, or the centre of Vienna.
