Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Great location, close to U bahn. It is especially suitable if you plan to go to the stadium or Prater. Late check in worked great. Free parking. Staff was very friendly, immediately addressed our requests.

PolandThe room we got had a broken air conditioner and it was unbearably hot because of the windows, plus the view was on a mechanical shop (?) that woke us at 5 and was really loud so we couldn’t go back to sleep. After 1 day we got a different room.

GreeceThe hotel is very pretty, near a very nice neighborhood, with a small shopping center, but great natural beauty. It's very very close, to the metro station (U2) that takes you to the center. We booked this hotel for the Eras Tour concert, and it is very very close to the stadium. The girls working there are very sweet and lovely, and gave us free friendship bracelets and taylor swift stickers, and had gathered all the places that provided free services for the Swifties, and informed us. They speak very good English too. The room was very nice and cozy and had air-conditioning. It was easy to find the hotel, only about 20-25 mins from the airport with an uber. We booked breakfast for our first two days and it was a nice small buffet, but it wasn't lacking anything, and everything was well cooked and fresh. Overall, my friends and I really liked our stay there, and we will seek it again when we visit Vienna next time.

Nice house where you feel like home. Many sockets, many tables to store stuff. They even have some plates, a casserole, and a stove. Located close to metro but far away from the city centre.

UkraineManagement need to revise their policy about electricity switch key: if one of guests need to go out in the evening and another doesn't: or your room mate stays without electricity, or you will need to wake him up to open the entrance door for you (the key that's switch on the electrical power in the room in heavily attached key ring with entrance door key).
Free parking is a big advantage.

Location is near perfect, about 300 meters from U2 metro station Aspernstraße. Stuff spoke English very good and were very friendly. Parking is spacious and free, it is located near the hotel building.

CroatiaLight in the bathroom could not be turned back on after the timer switches it off you need to wait a few minutes. Cuttlery in the kitchenette is really basic and low quality. In the corridor leading up to the room only emergency lighting was working.
Room was big and clean. Location is nice and quiet and near the underground station. Good value for money.

SloveniaThe shower drain was clogged, so whenever you have a shower you end up standing in a pool of dirty water as it takes ages for the water to drain. The bathroom/room could also be a bit cleaner. Also, the breakfast is not worth the price.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, location is great in a quiet residential area with shops and metro nearby. The hotel also has a spacious free parking lot, which is great if you're travelling by car.
