Spring beds that are long past their best. The springs pushed us into the back... Every sound could be heard from the corridor - the absence of a door threshold.

The hotel has great potential to improve its rating, but it's hindered by poor management, inefficient operations, and a lack of logical systems. As someone experienced in the property industry, I could clearly see the areas where they were lacking. The rooms did not undergo regular technical inspections or repairs. While the TVs had many channels, only two were functioning. A simple water boiler would be a great addition. The cleanliness could be better, and many features in the rooms were impractically or illogically installed. The breakfast seemed tailored to the diets of former Soviet republics, and many of the vegetables appeared to have been prepared the day before. Although each table had oil and vinegar bottles, they all lacked salt. Salt was provided in a small container that required everyone to dip their fingers into it if they needed some, which is unhygienic. The design and layout of the breakfast buffet were poorly thought out, leading to congestion, accidents, and spills. Guests often found themselves without cups, plates, or cutlery. A simple, logical workflow, a more welcoming reception area, and a small gym would significantly enhance this beautiful hotel.

There is no air conditioning in the room and the window opens only for ventilation. There was a small and weak fan. When we were there, the temperature at night was 22-19 degrees. But it was very hot in the room, because of this we slept poorly

Location of the accommodation is great (there is a direct tram to city centre and Belvedere palace in the walking distance); The price is unrivaled; The check-in/out and common places were nice

Temperature in both rooms, corridors and reception hall was really high, and provided fans were not working that well. It was difficult to sleep at night. Rooms were cleaned daily, but there were signs of mould between tiles in the bathroom and deformed celling with a hole.

Hotel is located in a nice area with great access to public transport and train to/from the airport. It was one of the cheapest available hotels during our stay, and the value for money was okay.

No air conditioning which was painful during an European heatwave. The furniture is old, heavy and dark- made the room hotter somehow. The bathroom was small and had one of those annoying curtain things. No kettle.....tragic....

The location was great, on the main line for the tram and 10 mins walk to beautiful squares. We were allowed to leave luggage which was handy as we had a late flight. Great for a stopover

Check in was written in 2 pm in booking.com but in the facility on a front desk the table talker showed 3 pm. With extra 20€ i was checked in earlier

There was no aircondition in the room, and it was summer when we stayed. It was unbearable. There is ventilator in the room that doesnt work properly. Luckily we stayed only one night.

- poor breakfast and always cold. Breakfast would start at 7 am, we arrived at 7:15 every day and the food was already cold, the bread was already toasted so it was stiff already by the time you got to eat it - BEWARE THIS HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING - besides the no air conditioning in the room, we were supposed to get a fan, but the room did not have it. The second night we asked for it, got a small tower fan that was enough just for one person, and it had a sound that kept going all night, and besides the fan itself was super dirty - the bathroom smelled like piss and it was horrible, the shower area was all filled with mold in the walls which is expected for a bathroom sometimes but that means it requires deep cleaning - I don’t know if I was already thrown off by how disappointing the experience was, but during the breakfast time there was a man (hotel staff) that would be monitoring everything that you would get for breakfast in your plate and it was extremely uncomfortable. Also when I was checking food out to see what I would actually eat (it was a hard decision because nothing was appealing nor tasty) he would just get in front of me to reach out to something, for no reason. He also would take remaining of multiple juices and throw it into the same pitcher (did this at least 3 times) so the juice had weird tastings. - bed sheets were either stained or dirty - overall, even though it’s a cheaper price than other properties, I don’t see it’s of value to stay here. If I had known this would have been the experience then I would have stayed at another hotel even if more expensive. - now it’s important to notice that it looks like they’re trying to remodel. The lobby area is actually nice looking (that’s the only nice area of the hotel so it’s actually deceiving when you first come in). The 5th floor looked like the floor had been replaced, and the desk in the room looked like a new one.

The hotel rooms get extremely hot in the summer and the lack of AC makes it difficult to sleep in. Fans were supplied, but they only recirculated the hot air. Windows cannot be kept open during the night because of the loudness of the traffic. The cleanliness state is as in the other reviews. We found foreign hair in the towels, there was a used towel left in the wardrobe, the bath hub was clogged and filled with water instantly when showering, the extractor in the bathroom was broken, the furniture was smelly. There was no fridge in the room.

The hotel is close to the tram station and getting to the city centre is very simple. Breakfast is great and I recommend buying it. The price for the room is very good given the location. The rooms looked secure and we did not fear of theft or anything. The location is very safe. There are dome shops around.

Definitely was not as shown in the pictures, it was super hot, we did have a fan in the room, but that was not able to cool down the room fully as the days were super warm and the window did not open all the way. Also it was very clean, especially the arm chair in the room.

There was a transition door to another hotel room which was not locked and when we asked at the reception for them to lock it, there wasn't any result till the last day of our stay. There wasn't any air-conditioning.

The location is excellent. Some of the guys at the reception were very polite and helpful.
