We got a street view and A LOT of noise. No aircon - so you need to sleep with open windows which is hard considering the noise. Coffee machine downstairs didn’t work. Toilet was leaking.

It was very clean. Very cheap too. Big bathtub, good water pressure. A lot of channels on TV.

We had a door shared with the next room. It was locked by we could hear every cough. There is no air conditioner and half of the sockets don’t work. Tv didn’t have any channels either.

Very clean. We asked for a room not overlooking the street - so it was perfectly quiet. Very comfortable bed. Nice furniture. Excellent price

The room was not so clean as we expected. The refrigerator was very dirty and had a bad smell. So we cant use it. Rooms are connected with doors and you can hear what people talk in nearest room.

There was a lot of noise in the evening and during the night, the staff of the hotel do not impose rules for keeping the quiteness. The price of the breakfast was huge, 18 Euro, compared to the average price of a breakfast downtown, in the city, 10 Euro.

Just the bathroom was little small but overall it's a great budget stay.

Hotel Enziana is a value for money property.. Our check in and stay was seamless and there is a tram station located exactly outside the hotel. The rooms are decently sized and equipped.

The waiting time at check-in was too long, and I don't like check-in starting at 15:00 (and having to check out at 11:00). Not that it was a problem for me in this particular case, but the 14-12 should be standard everywhere.

Room was a bit small, but OK. Bathroom could be better - especially the shower cabin, but still it was acceptable. Location is quite convenient - near a tram stop and S-Bahn station.

The bathroom is a bit small, even as a solo traveler you might feel you do not have enough space. But you can manage.

You can have a 30 ish minute walk to the city center from the hotel. Also, to get to the airport, you can take the train from Rennweg (literally 3 min away from the hotel) and be there in max 30 min.

Cleaners were a bit invasive knocking on the door and attempting to enter a key and gain access to the door if we didn’t answer quick enough.

Lots of supermarkets near by and front staff weee very friendly. Not too far from the main district of Vienna.

Bigger shower screen to avoid splashing onto the floor

Location was great, staff was easy and fast. We booked 2hours before we arrived and the room was prepared and clean. It was opposite a 24hr vending machine store with 6 machines all selling different drinks and snacks which made arriving late at night easier for food and drinks

Small bathrooms, quite dated so I can understand why people aren’t satisfied. Noisy at night.

I had a lovely short stay. The hotel is in a good location, 2-5 min walk to the tram or 30 minute walk to touristy centre. I was welcomed by a lovely gentleman who gave me my room key, all other staff seemed approachable too. My room was comfortable and spacious.

Hotel staff communication needs to be improved and the hotel needs to be equipped with more facilities including iron and relevant basic need facilities.

Breakfast was fantastic. Literally exceeded my expectation. Hotel needs have more staff in order to provide smooth service to the clients. Room was cozy and old fashion style but i loved it. Need more facilities.

Was a bit of mold in the bathroom and the toilet was running. However, it didn't bother me enough to complain and get a room change.
