I couldn't share my screen to tv, "restricted access", so better learn German or take Chromecast with you if you want to watch tv sometimes.

It is in perfect location. All restaurants and shops are nearby. Really quiet building, so easy to sleep well. Room was big, clean and there was all the needed equipment for making breakfast.

Toilet paper was too cheap, like cardboard I would expect such an amazing place to provide something softer.

It has the feeling that it is a hotel and then it is not. I asked for a late check out and it was not possible (I DO understand it) but it has not even a locker or a storage place which was a very unpleasant surprise.

The location is great! Very central and with access to the most important sites. The building has the designer feeling (which is obvious taking into account who the architect is) and I’m a great fan of Zaha Hadid.

Window only slightly opens, making the room hot and stuffy. There is an aircon though.

Close to public transportation and Old Town (town center) area. Easy to identify building because of unique exterior features. Five minute walk to grocery store and room well equipped for simple cooking. Good wifi. Quiet. Bright. Immaculately clean.

You could have offered guests to order food for them before their stay, so that they have some basic food if they come to the city after all shops close

Our stay was very technological and comfortable - we enjoyed the location, futuristic and unique design of the buidling , the view, the room colors, the quality of bathroom things, other materials and planning of the apartment.

Proper ventilation is not the strong asset alf this building, and the fact that there is no parking facility it may be problematic for travelers using cars. Parking places around are available but quite pricey even for a short stay (1-2 days) during the week.

Superb location and building, although a bit impersonal. The apartment is nicely compartmented with a pretty large living room and open kitchen as well as a comfortable bedroom. The nice balcony attached is providing added value and is a nice retreat especially in sunny days.

Surprisingly there was no hair dyer.

Amazing location, really nice flat you could live in. We were lucky enough to stay on a Saturday night and found a parking spot on the street right next to the flat, as parking is free from 13:00 on Saturday and all day Sunday. It was hot in the room when we arrived and the AC didn't work properly. You can only open a very small window and it was hard to cool the apartment.

The building looked super cool and it was visible from afar. The apartment was clean and cozy. It had everything we needed.

My partner did not find the pillows comfortable. Everything else was very good.

The apartment was extremely clean and well-insulated (we could not hear noises from other apartments). Everything was carefully thought out: there was a small dishwasher, kettle, espresso machine, toaster, pans and pots, etc. The storage space was decent for a small apartment, and the size of the fridge was really good. The check-in and check-out was also very smooth. It was also next to Graz's Opera House; shops were also nearby. We only stayed for a couple of nights, but I could imagine staying for longer in that room.

Getting door code was not straight forward, contacting staff via Whatsapp was patchy, internet was down for the last three days of our stay

The cleaning could be better. The floor and the furniture were a bit dirty.

The only thing that bothered me was that digital entertainment (Netflix, Prime, etc.) was included in larger rooms I stayed in in the past, yet the smaller ones did not have an option to upgrade.

It was incredibly hot in the apartment and I am unsure if their was air conditioning but I did see a device for it but it would not work. Struggled to sleep despite all windows being open due to this.
