The light was too dim. One light doesn't work. The sofabed was sleepable but it's hard at some parts and the lower windows let so much street light coming in. Not a problem for me but if your are a slight sleeper it will be a problem

The location is not too far from westbahnhoff and near many nice restaurants. The room is spacous Check in and out was easy. Bathroom is good

The apartment was not cleaned properly. The TV was broken as well as the TV table, the toilet seat was damaged, the microwave door also damaged, plates and glasses were lacking to serve 4 people, the convertible bed mattress was terrible, some kitchen cupboards were also in bad condition. Generally, this apartment requires a renovation.

Perfect location near Mariahilfer region and Westbanhoff train station. Plenty of options in the area for shopping and dining.

We lacked something to hang wet towels on.

We originally booked accommodation with air conditioning, but were told we had to change our booking as there was an issue with the hot water. When I asked if this new apartment, in a different part of the city, had air conditioning, the hosts firstly said yes so we accepted the change. They then told us that this particular apartment did not have air conditioning, but it did not get hot due to its location and it also had fans available. It was 35 degrees during our stay and the apartment was hot and uncomfortable! Only the back bedroom with single beds was cooler. There were only two fans. It was a shame as the rest of the experience was very good.

The hosts sent photos of where to collect the keys and which door to use, which was very useful. The apartment was spacious and clean.

I usually stay at airbnbs cuz I do not enjoy being bothered with the hotel staff. This time my Airbnb last min told me that I wouldn’t be able to watch the games on tv. I proceeded with the booking with this property. TV sadly wasn’t working and I ended up spending a lot of money staying outside and watching the games. Also, randomly without my consent a staff member walked in to change the batteries or something of the AC. Overall, I was frustrated with this property as it’s not a hotel cuz you don’t get a DND sign but also it acts like one. They also do not provide shampoo for 300 euros, great value! The soap dispenser was almost empty and broken. Most likely this was my last time booking with booking.com as I’m not comfortable anymore

Although in the description, it stated it has 2 separate bedrooms, one of the bedrooms is fully open to the living room. As we were 3 couples traveling this was a bit of inconvenient. We tried to contact the property prior to arrival to clarify this but we did not get response. In any case that did not ruin much of our experience as we were there for only 2 nights.

Property gave clear instructions before arrival. The property is in a great location, close to the center and close to a Ubahn station (U6 and U3 lines). The apartment has all amenities needed even for a longer stay in Vienna. Its very spacious.

Stay 3 nights here but no cleaning if you want to clean have to pay more for cleaning. No towel to change ...and got just a big towel and small one for 1 people. But we have 2 people Request twin beds but have only single bed and sofa.

Apartment doors are a bit thin, so you hear the noise from other apartments (e.g., music in the evening), and I guess other people can hear yours; during the night it was quiet. | When I arrived the apartment was a bit cold, but after I noticed that the windows were not probably closed it headed up to a cosy temperature. | No shampoo and shower gel. | Wi-Fi did not work.

Location and space! I have written multiple reviews for this property as it is my favorite place to stay in Vienna. The last few years it’s been a bit of constructive criticism. Please please put some work into this place to make it as wonderful as it was years ago! The floors were so filthy my feet had to be cleaned before getting in the bed. Dirty marks all over the walls as well.

The bathroom was clean but I am sorry to say it had a strong smell of drains ? particularly in the mornings. I hope the owners can do something about it. The building has many flats and there is no reception or anyone to welcome you. I was on my own; after midnight the first day there was quite a loud shout in the stairs , (it sounded like someone calling or telling someone off). As there was no reception I could not ask what was going on, which was a bit unnerving. I do not think the nice coffee machine is working properly.

The property is well located for Westbahnhof railway station, about 5-8 min walk and about 50 min walk from St Stephen's Cathedral. Good metro connections . The building has various rental flats, I was in the attic (D3) which is a large studio flat. (double bed, round table, sofa, kitchen all in the same room) . It had basic pots and pans to cook Microwave . It was clean and light.

It's definitely not the cleanest apartment as there were dust and grease on the kitchen counters, as well as the cups, however the sheets and towels were clean. Also, there were no hooks to hang your towels or clothes anywhere in the bathroom or the rest of the apartment, which was a bit annoying.

The location is great and the contactless check-in went smooth as the instructions we got were pretty clear. The apartment is bright and spacious.
