Apartment is in a very good location, at the heart of city and you can easilly from there. The apartment is quiet, clean, has everything you might need. Very good communication with the host.

The dishes and cooking utensils are limited. There were no paper towels, Kleneex and limited toilet paper. There is a washer but no place to dry the clothes. We hung undergarments on heater to dry them. Those are the only negatives but should not distract from using the unit. The positves outweigh the negatives.

This apartment is for those who like to spend the day seeing the sights, not sit around on a couch. It is close to all major sites in Vienna. The facilities are very basic, that's not a complaint, just a fact; but again, it's great for people who are out all day. It is clean and quiet. We never used the TV. Wi-Fi access was very good. At least a dozend very good and reasonably priced restaurants are on the same block. The famous Sacher Torte bakery is around the corner, as well as severl local ones - so breakfast and dinner are no problem. I would recommend the brewery and Italian restaurant across the street from the apartment. We ate at the brewery/reataurant three times.

There is no view, all windows saw near buildings, the price of the flat is very high, the nearest supermarket is 500 m walking distance

Fantastic location, on Kertner street passing behind the Opera, in around 500 m from St. Stefan cathedral, incredible old-fashioned lift, very good gas-warmer, very clean flat, very quiet flat

I expected that the apartment will not be very big, because it is in the center of the big city. But it was clean and close to everything we needed. Don't ignore the check-in time. We were stuck in traffic and were very nervous to get the keys before 8 pm. We managed to get there in time, but be careful because the host will not let you check in after 8 pm.

It cannot heat up well, so we were cold a bit. All windows look at other building walls, so not much daylight.

Location was THE BEST, facilities were decent (older but clean). Clean sheets, enough towels, good WiFi, hir dryer, etc.

Peter wasn't overly friendly and he actually turned off the valve for the laundry machine so that we wouldn't use it even though it was included in the amenities. There were 4 of us and there were only 5 towels including hand towel for us.

The apartment is very suitable for a small family of 3-4 people. It has a spacious bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a separate bathroom with toilet. Convenient location, right in the center of Vienna.

Some parts - bathroom and kitchen area are tired and could do with updating but we were hardly in the apartment so didn’t affect us too much.

The property has aged; mattresses and bed frame were way too worn out. Minor details also annoying such as broken shower head, partially broken toilet flush and dusty/not well-cleaned apartment

Location is just incredible: you are just 3 minutes away from the Opera and right on the corner with Kaertner str. As the main reason for our trip was Opera, it couldn't be any better. The host let us leave our luggage 4 hours before official check-in time when they were cleaning the apartment after the previous guests so we could start walking and enjoying the Christmas Vienna right away. He also allowed us to leave the luggage after check-out which was another blessing for us as we had a late flight that day.

Excellent location, couple of minutes from Stephansdom by walking. Next to the opera house. Clean decent flat in an apartment building. Lots of restaurants around. Hot water, towels provided, wifi working. Owners were very informative and helpful.
