We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe property is located in a good area for travel to anywhere in the city either by walking or using public transport. There is an abundance of bars, restaurants and cafes that suit all tastes and prices. The property has the right feel for the city both modern and full of history. Everything you will need for a comfortable stay is provided and what isn’t can be sourced by the amazing owners who are just a phone call away. Jakob was our host and he made us feel welcome and fully informed from the first minute.

Stunning, spotlessly clean and couldn’t have been better or more conveniently located for the major museums & art galleries, places of interest and historical buildings as well as high-quality local amenities such as bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. Our spacious apartment was sheer luxury. The chandeliers, beautiful drapes and tasteful furniture, along with the modern, well equipped kitchen and bathroom, made our stay memorable. The location of the property is top notch. The staff are amazing and super responsive for helping with check in/out and with local attraction suggestions.

It is the best place to stay at in Vienna for a family or a couple: amazing location, super kind staff, pristine apartment, super comfortable beds, beautiful decorative & furniture choice, top quality kitchen, storage room, washer and dishwasher, phone adapters, TV, games, tourist info, etc, etc, etc… Located next to several great restaurants and some of the best attractions in Vienna. We would definitely go back without kids for a romantic weekend if we could! The place was super nice! Unanimously our whole family loved it without a doubt! We highly recommend it!

One of our favorite stays we've ever had in Europe! The owners were INCREDIBLY nice and helpful. The apartment was spacious, clean and stunning. They had fans and a portable AC unit in the main bedroom. Large bathroom with shower and bath. Everything about this stay was above and beyond!

The apartment couldn't have been nicer or better appointed. Every need had been thought about, and Annika was super hellpful. It is in a great location, very close to shops, bars, restaurants, the Museum Quarter, and Volksgarten. Very easy to get the tram and underground which are both just 5 minutes walk away.

Our host Annika provided all necessary information in advance and took care of us during all the stay asking if we need anything. We asked for some additional items that were provided immediately. We also were able to store our luggage after checking out in the storage room that was extremely convenient. Thanks a lot, we will definitely choose this apartment again in our next stay in Vienna. The location was also great as everything was reacheable in 15-20 minutes walk.
