Perfect for an overnight stopover to avoid inclement weather during our campervan tour of Europe. We had a dog friendly room with a jacuzzi bathtub and terrace. Private Parking, friendly staff who met all requests.

Just my room facing street so a little noisy. Wish the balcony which has great view of the mountains a divider between rooms so guests can enjoy the balcony and open curtains and enjoy the view in privacy

A little bit worn interior and some dust in the corners, but clean comfy bed and toilet. Some traffic noise and the aircon in our room didn't seem to work (but we didn't ask for help, because it was not needed)

Very kind and helpful receptionist. You will get free unlimited tickets to go around Innsbruck. This was easy and we decided to return our rented car. Nice breakfast 😃

A bit noisy due to the traffic. But the room had good roller blinds to keep the noise away.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. Well suited for (race) bike trips as they have a good bike storage and cleaning facility. Nice routes are along the hotel. Room is ok and the bed was perfect.

We had a short but nice stay at this hotel. It was very clean, the staff is great, the breakfast is very god with lots of options. There is a playroom right near the breakfast area which is a plus for families. We will definitely go back!

It is very difficult to talk to hotel stuff because it seems they are not working. A few days prior to arriving, we received an email that said that we can book massages and spa. We wrote and asked about massage and prices - no replys for 4 days. 1 day before arrival, we wrote our arrival time and also asked about the massages and received an answer that it was "fully booked" (even so, we didn't see people during our stay). But in the message, hotel specified the spa that it was included in the price and asked us to provide a time when we want to use it, which we did and again, there was no answer. Then, when we arrived at the hotel, we asked again about the spa, and the receptionist said she could warm up the sauna for us if we want. Breakfast is not good, the vegetables aren't fresh, it feels like they were cut yesterday, some of them impossible to eat. The boiled eggs are not boiled. The food is cold. Tons of flys around, they are everywhere: in the room, during breakfast, sitting on food and in all hotel. The bed is not comfortable, very soft.

The hotel looks nice, has its style. The location is good and parking near hotel is free.

Hotel has a laundry machine for guests to use. Lots of parking space next to the hotel. Easy access to rooms even with baby stroller. Very nice playground only 500 meter from the hotel.

There were several different levels between the bed and the bathroom that were a bit tricky to navigate in the dark at night. The bed itself was a bit low, but generally a good bed.

The view from the breakfast room was amazing! It had a glass roof space that created a lovely atmosphere to see the surrounding mountains. Additionally, the breakfast had a wonderful variety of foods, beverages, and amounts of items. I will definitely return for another weekend in the future.

The breakfast we did not like to compare with other properties.

Breakfast was undeserved and the food wasn’t fresh enough. The location is with a great view especially the church with the background of the snow mountains that absolutely blows up.

Sauna is a bit small, but nice anyway. Really nothing to complain about.

Not the first time in this hotel, beautiful rooms, great view, delicious breakfast. Will definitely visit it once again.
