It got very hot in the room and if we opened the window there was too much noise from the road.

The room was big. Was very clean. Big bed. There was U Bahn close to the hotel which can take you to the old town and other important sites within 15-20min. The central station is 5 mins away with the underground train.

Location is a bit dire not much around and the subway stop is a no go if wanna feel safe but the tram/ train is fine . Wifi did not work at all as we were put in the old part of the hotel where the apartments are the room had mostly non of the advertised facility’s e.g carpet , phone, wifi , had to sit in reception to use it. Bad bad smell like someone smoked in our toilet after leaving fan on all night it did go away tho

Would have preferred a bit closer to the centre but it was great value for money. Probably better without all the construction! Also hair dryer didn’t work properly.

The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. Gave us tips and maps. The beds were super comfortable and although a little bit dated it was spotless.

The personell is quite unresponsive to questions. Even though late check-in is offered, I had to contact them multiple times and then call to get a confirmation. On arrival, the door was locked and had to wave through the glass door to gain the attention of the front desk. Also the Wi-Fi is strong enough for reading emails, nothing else.

The room is clean, large, cozy and 10 steps away from the nearest train station.

The hotel WiFi blocked my webmail and my VPN. There is currently (April 24) a construction project going on in front of the hotel, so on work days there is noise if you are trying to sleep in. The room doesn't have a fridge or a tea/coffee making facilities.

Comfortable, spacious, clean, good value. Located very close to a café, a late night food takeaway, a short walk from a supermarket. Across the street from The Matzleinsdorfer Platz railway station and tram stop.

The only few gripes included: absence of refrigerator in apartment, loud children running around the corridors (infrequently), and unreliable hotel keys for access after 2200 (or the cut-off time set by the hotel - though this was diligently resolved on the spot, it did mean waiting around).

The hotel is situated ideally for a tourist: virtually next to a tube stop for all your public transport needs (30mins to centre), near a bustling high street for leisure, and closely proximal to restaurants and grocery shops. The apartment was spacious and clean!

strange smells. people smoking in the lounge area. one of the lights above the bed didn’t work, the water was leaking from the shower pipe. there was no hairdryer in the room despite it being advertised that there would be.

The receptionists were super sweet, especially the lady. She even helped us with ordering food, and asked us how the concert was, and got us a hairdryer. The property was really really good value for money considering it’s Vienna and it was directly opposite the tram/train station so we were able to get everywhere fast, the main station was only a 5 minute tram(?) away too. we were easily able to check in after 11pm also.
