The hotel was old-fashioned and it needs construction. It was not clean in comparison to the other hotels.

The location was great. It has a hair dryer and a mini fridge. Also, there was an electric kettle. All the needed equipment was there.

On Saturday there is a night club in the same building and it's simply impossible to sleep. The music is so loud that the windows are shaking and ut feels like the party is happening in your room.

It's not easy for guests who have heavy luggage. The main door of the hotel have to go though several steps, no elevator.

The internet was very poor. Most of the time it didn't work. There is usually no one in the reception to help in early mornings or late evenings. The customer service was overall poor.

The location of the hotel is very good. While the spread was limited the breakfast was also good.

Slightly awkward to get to from the main train station.

The staff were helpful when we were severely delayed arriving. The room was pleasant with everything we needed. Breakfast decent.

The room seemed ready for a maintenance job. Paint had torn up where ceiling meets wall and in the windowframe. I felt the room could have had more power sockets. I had to unplug some lamps to make sure my girlfriend and I could charge the phones and laptop.

The hotel has a nice entry hallway with murals. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with sufficient choice. Large old-fashioned room kept clean - especially the bathroom. It also had a large desk and a tv. Pretty close to the old centre (5-10 minute walk to Schottentor). We had a good stay here.

Walls were very thin, so you could hear everything going on next door. Eg. Coughing, arguments, television. We had to knock on the door of the next room to ask them to turn down their television, which they did. The bed was very firm too.

The hotel entrance is rather run down n had a few steps at 2 places with no ramps so had to carry suitcases.The bathroom had toilet which made flushing noise which lingered longer than usual . We could hear some laughter sounds from next room,ie soundproofing not good. Minor issues. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The hotel receptionist was super helpful with advice on public transport to take( to sightsee, options on how to get to airport).He even helped me carry one heavy suitcase to the tram stop opposite the hotel after I checked out. Breakfast provided which was nice. Kettle in room to make tea.Clean room.Hotel in hood location to sightsee most places by walking.Nearby trams n metro stop.

Small but practical hotel just a few minutes walk from the Ringstrasse around the 1st District. My room was ready early and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Typical Austrian breakfast (bread/rolls, cheese, meats, coffee/tea, yoghurt, etc.) was included. The room was fairly spacious and even had a small table and chairs.
