We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Very good breakfast. Perfect location. Real Ski in, Ski out. Amazing pool and Spa. Great room & underground parking. We had to change our flight after the hotel booking, and the reception staff were very helpful and succeed to solve our problem.

Big well furnished apartment, great pool and spa facilities. Bar and restaurant areas nice. Great breakfast. Located ‘on’ the piste.

Everything was amazing! Nestled right against the mountains and very comfortable and large rooms. Breakfast was plentiful and the sauna/heated pool were topnotch. Grateful for the kitchen starter kit and coffee/chocolate. Very clean!

Everything. The view was breathing taking, the furniture was top luxury, the apartment design and the hotel design was both luxurious, while also in country side style. The room size was huge, the kitchen appliances were new. The pool and its view were otherworldly, the restaurant was high class. But, the best thing of all is the people. The hotel and restaurant staff went beyond the expectations, delivered everything we wished or needed, welcomed us warmly and attended to all our needs with warmth and joy. The hotel owner himself welcomed and greeted us personally and personally supervised our special breakfast needs, and the reception ladies helped us with all our needs. There was absolutely nothing negative in this hotel even if you tried to find anything. It's just perfect. I even thought of returning to it in the same trip!

United KingdomThe bar closes in between lunch and dinner, so there is no apres ski after being on the slopes. We stayed over Christmas, the Xmas day meal was great but the service was awful, I’m not sure whether it was the chef or the waiters but we waited 1 1/2 hours for our starters then another 50 mins for the main courses. It really was poor, we ate in the Offpiste restaurant 5 nights out of the 6, the food was always great but the waiting time was completely unacceptable, we saw loads of people complain. The dressing gowns for the spa need to have number badges for the rooms, people kept walking off with our robes which had our room keys in.
The apartment was beautiful, tastefully decorated with everything you could need. The pool and spa area is fantastic, great after a day on the slopes. Breakfast was good, they really need more than one coffee machine or at least boiling water available for tea to help speed up the process.
