We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomNot really a dislike, but the rooms on my floor had been modernised and were identikit international hotel style (I believe other floors were different). Having stayed in another Tyrol hotel where the modernisation had retained a traditional look, this seemed a pity.
Good location for reaching various parts of Stubaital. The Stubaicard included with the price was a huge bonus allowing bus and cable car travel to walks. Friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic view from my room and large balcony. Good food including imaginative vegetarian options. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace with a beer in the evening enjoying the spectacular mountains around us. Also a range of musical events in the village.

United KingdomThe room was a little warm. The shower could be improved. The regulations for the Sauna and Jacuzzi are uncomfortable for many.
The staff were exceptional, so helpful and cheerful. We had a lovely spacious room and stayed half board. The food was amazing at breakfast and evening meals. We also enjoyed the New Year's Eve celebrations with the most remarkable buffet, dinner and firework display. The hotel caters well for skiers and the stop for the ski bus is just outside the hotel. Just a fantastic week.

GermanyThe service and staff were pretty bad, unfortunately not even 2-star worthy: we booked this hotel mainly because so many others mentioned the food quality and staff service in their ratings, but unfortunately we cannot confirm at all! Food quality was very average, what was really bad was the selection of food and availability. Throughout the stay there was the feeling that everything is scarce. We arrived for dinner (at a normal time), most salads were empty, the cheese selection was empty except some cheese rind - and this was not only a specific point of time, but the situation throughout all the dinner time. Also, main courses are pretty small.. The next morning, arriving for breakfast, the same thing. Most dishes nearly empty, no staff really cared about filling them up. Not only sausage / cheese / scambled egg, but even bread was empty..! We have never experienced that at any other hotel. Also the selection of food was very limited. E.g. no juices, only cheap artificial nectar - never experienced this at a 4-star hotel.. When arriving for dinner for minutes no one from staff seemed to bother. After a while calling for attention somebody came, telling us that they were not responsible for food, but only drinks. So we were able to order drinks, yay.. Much later we again had to call for attention. This time being told they were not responsible for our table and somebody else would come. But nobody came... again we had to call for attention.. This repeated throughout the whole stay.. Also every time we had a question/request (even if only asking if they could refill sth. at the buffet) we felt like we were only disturbing them, according to their reaction. Also, it was super hard to communicate with the staff, since most were very short on German speaking skills.. All in all the stay felt super weird.. like the hotel (which itself is nice) has had their best times in the past.
The hotel & amentities: a nice hotel in good location, with great garden, pool and sauna area. Rooms big and very clean, functional enough, nice decoration in the amenities.
