No robes and when requested for a kettle to heat water, it was rusty and no matter how many times I washed it rust was still coming out

This was the most comfortable place we stayed at during our two week Europe holiday. The hotel was very clean, the room/bathroom very spacious and the bed was so comfortable. All the staff members (house keeping, breakfast bar and front desk) we encountered were very friendly and helpful including Alyssa who helped us on check out. There is a grocery store, cafes, restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

The only thing that I didn't like was that the EC panel light was shiny :) But the fact that the hotel has EC is perfect!

The location is amazing and easy access by public transportation. The room is big and decorated great, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was exceptional.

The wifi signal wasn't super strong in my room, but it did work.

Location was great, and the staff was very helpful. I was able to store my luggage, and the facilities were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The room was as described on the website.

I only stayed 1 night and did not have breakfast. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, had a good nights sleep. The decor of the room and the hotel in general is beautiful. Location is also very good, we parked our car in the underground garage (for a fee, €19 for 24 hr parking) and walked everywhere.

The double room was a bit small but good for us.

Very nice staff with front desk service. Lots of restaurants close by. 25 min walk to the old town and 16 min walk from Westbahnhof. I wish I knew one more stop on the U6 line to Burgasse/Stadthalle would cut that walk in half.

I didn't face any important dislike point at that hotel.

The hotel was really nice and at good place. Therefore, there was no noise, it can be picked with its location. Besides that all the hotel personnel were so kind and helpful. They provided a baby bed to us and it was useful. Breakfast was also good and lots of thing have been served freshly. Hotel bar was not expensive and beverages were fine. I most probably stay here if I travel Wien again.

First of all, big thanks to staff cuz they make us feel at home :) Energy of the hotel and room was so cozy. I left a note to them about my husbands birthday and they surprised us with celebration drinks :) Cleaning was on spot every day. Location wise hotel was at the perfect spot cuz its not too much in the center but not as far too so you can walk everywhere, shop and find great places to eat.

The only minor irritation was bathroom tap that was automatic and would start every time you walk past - and get very warm quickly, so you don't have access to cold water

The halls and staircase needs renovation. And also it is quite annyoing that you can't open a window in the room. But this wasn't such a factor for us. So I would still recommend this hotel.

The room and bathroom were super clean, the whole hotel smelled really nice. And the breakfast was really amazing. A lot to offer and everything was fresh. The hotel also had parking garage so that was perfect. And staff was also really nice and helpful.
