GermanyThe only minus I can find is the Spa area/ Pool area; is a little bit to small for such a big hotel ; In the future will be perfect if they make also a pool outside, with more sun loungers; really it need it!
Hotel is very nice; the food was great; We had breakfast and dinner; the room was also very nice with very nice view! I would like to Thank You to the staff because they have made possible to have the room a little bit earlier ( pregnant in 8 Months) and for me that was heavenly because I could to sleep and to relax after 3 hours of driving... and this thing was really a nice gesture that shows that the customers are very important for them! so Thank very very much!

SingaporeThe service in the restaurant was a bit slow and inattentive. They did care and were nice when they were there, but you often had to wait longer times for someone to come your way. I think they might have been understaffed when we were there, as it is out of season generally, but the hotel was quite full.
The design of the hotel, the atmosphere of the rooms and the SPA, were really awesome. The facilities are great, the swimming pool has a decent size, the saunas are very nice. My personal favorite is the steam room with the lights and aroma therapy. We ha a very spacious room, with a small sauna of our own, and with a cool view to the gardens and the local creek.

GermanyThe only possible criticism I could have is that I wish the saunas had longer opening times (later and in the morning) and wish the pool were open all day but I understand that this might not be possible logistically
Everything was exceptional. To be honest we had been very disappointed in the past by overnight stays in Austria (rude, conservative, inflexible staff) and were expecting the worst, but the staff here were lovely and accommodating. The rooms felt very luxurious for the price. The dinner and breakfast were amazing, also especially for the price. Loved the pool and saunas. One of the best nights of our trip. Thank you!

SwitzerlandThis that could be improved: - The parking situation was slightly confusing (it's not clear if spaces are closed or not). - For some reason the bathroom heating is on a very short (~minutes) timer.
Staying at VAYA was a great experience. Amazingly decorated, very clean with nice staff, I can only praise the hotel. Things to especially highlight: - Excellent restaurant with both Vegan and Vegetarian options. And Vegan options were delicious! - Locker room at the Kaltenbach lift so no need to cary skis every day. - Ski Bus station right at the hotel. - Pool was clean and spacious.

PolandWe booked suite room without sauna in the room and we really liked it. The room was big and comfortable, very cozy. Keep in mind though that these rooms differ and they don't all look like the one in the picture. The picture made it look more dreamy, with a step and more spatious. The room was good but not as luxurious and dreamy as in the pictures.
This hotel offerz very high quality for a reasonable price in this area. I can definitely recommend it. We visited Vaya second time this year and we equally liked it. We were especially amazed with beautiful view from sauna on 4th floor. It also turns out it is worth revisiting because we did not see half of the things in this hotel when we were here the first time. The hotel has a lot to offer.
